The condo comes fully furnished with pillows, comforters, and all the essential kitchen and dining items. Guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
Enjoy 4 included beach tags, a brand-new central HVAC system, and a large covered front porch. The condo also has access to a shared laundry room, a storage shed with beach gear, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Review of 3627 West Ave., Ocean City, NJ
We rented the shore house at 3627 West Ave., in Ocean City, NJ, from June 28 to July 5, 2025. We have rented shore houses for many years, and this house is probably the cleanest we have ever experienced. The location is perfect. It is close to the beach and close to a playground for the kids. It is also close to retail stores. The living area was an open concept that was spacious with comfortable seating. The entire house was tastefully decorated. It was equipped with a washer and dryer and a nice outdoor shower. We liked the fact that the owner supplied beach tags and permitted renters to use beach items, such as beach chairs. One very important point is the fact that the owner was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. We definitely would rent this house again!
