5 Steps up to First Floor Unit, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Filtered Water Spigot at Sink, Primary Bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and TV.Room Darkening Blinds in Both Bedrooms and Living Room. Bunk Bed Room has a closet and under bed storage drawers. Living Room sofa has a fold out full size bed and TV. Multi Plug power strips in both bedrooms. Personal Reading Lights Attached to Each Bed.

Guests have the whole condo to themselves and a personal storage unit with a beach cart and 4 beach chairs. Also an Outdoor Shower!

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beach Right Across the Street, Neat & Clean with Everything You Need
Have been coming to OCNJ for 20+ years and this is the best place we’ve stayed. It’s one block from the beach. I like that the location is central but far enough from the boardwalk so it’s quiet. The place is neat and clean and everything you need is there. It’s so nice not having to check into an Airbnb and go to the grocery story right away. All of the little things are there and she thought of everything. Would love to stay again

Fabulous Place!
The host Heather was fantastic! She communicated clearly from booking to check out. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Great location with easy access. Our stay was effortless and relaxing. We would stay here again and highly recommended it.

Clean Condo Stocked with Everything You Need
The condo was perfect! Stocked with everything you could need or may have forgotten! Lots of little touches that made you feel appreciated and welcome. Heather was communicative and proactive, checking in periodically without ever feeling pushy or obtrusive. It's close to the beach, has private parking (which is huge in OC in season), clean, and well stocked. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Beach Walks
I come to OCNJ to take long walks on the beach. Heather's place is minutes from the beach so it was perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. Heather responded quickly to my questions and was very friendly.

Great Location! With all of the things that make Ocean City so Special
Great location!! It’s located within a block distance to 35th street beach, which is a big, beautiful beach. Walking distance to the playground/basketball courts/tennis courts/Wawa/ and lots of other great restaurants and ice cream places. Heather was a great host. Very responsive and even let us check in early because we had a baby with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful beach, weather and all the things that make OCNJ so special.

Group trip
The location couldn’t be better, a very short walk to the beach and where a beach bathroom is! Our place was perfectly sized for 4 - 5 people. The place is well stocked and the linens are provided which made packing for our trip so much easier. Heather was extremely kind, welcoming and very flexible. She responded whenever I had a question. Also, it is clear she cares about the quality of things and stays on top of house maintenance. We loved having a little back porch to sit out on for breakfast coffee and to hang our beach towels and suits. There is a storage space for beach chairs and the like. You won’t be disappointed at staying at Heather’s place for convenience and comfort!

Beach Block Retreat & Stocked with Many Convenient Amenities
We loved our stay in Heather’s beach house! Literally one block from the beach and fully equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation! The sweet treats and welcome snacks were a nice touch. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Heather was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Thank you and would definitely stay again!

Beach Across the Street
Heather’s place is just as advertised and better. The most thoughtfully and thoroughly stocked Airbnb I’ve seen (and I’ve stayed in a lot). Really comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach. Most important, Heather is great — extremely responsive and wants everything to be just right. Highly recommend!
