Ready to make lifelong family memories at the beach? This ten year old, spacious five bedroom, three full bath, second floor unit is ready to make that happen! Comfortably sleep up to 15 guests. A short walk to the beach in just minutes. Castaway Cove conveniently at tenth and the boardwalk for those fun summer nights with the kids. Adults can enjoy some retail therapy with Asbury just steps away. Unit has garage parking for one, driveway parking for one and non-metered street parking in front of the house on Central. Unit access by keypad lock so no agency trips for keys. Early checkin possible based on cleaner schedule. Natural gas grill for cookouts. Outdoor shower to rinse off after those long beach days. Ten beach tags included plus usage of bikes, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys.
Saturday to Saturday only reservations: June 13 - September 12 (prime time). Will do weekends otherwise, just ask. Willing to customize duration during prime time within 21 days of reservation date.

CANCELLATIONS - The time factor is critical in renting a vacation home, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market once your deposit is received. If you do need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if cancellation is more than 60 days from check in. There is a 50% penalty if cancellation is between 30 - 60 days, and a 100% penalty if cancellation is less than 30 days from check in. No refunds are given due to storms, hurricanes, or other adverse weather conditions. We strongly encourage Guest to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Security deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit in the amount of $750 will be included in your rental price. When you arrive, please check the Vacation Rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the Vacation Rental in arrival condition. No physical damage to the Vacation Rental and property neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trashed removed, sand tacked in cleaned up, etc. No fixtures, appliances, or wall decor shall be installed without the consent of the Owner. An extra cleaning fee will be held back from your security deposit if the condo is not returned in the same condition as found. Late check-out, excessive trash, or Vacation Rental or property needing more-than-reasonable cleaning, are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be refunded within 30 days after the date of departure, less any charges or deductions for property damage or excessive cleaning. If you find any damages, scratches, stains, marks, chips, trash, etc upon your arrival, pictures must be taken and forwarded to Owner immediately to not be held responsible for said issues. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the Guest within 14 days of the Check Out Date.
