We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 90 days prior to arrival.

Host was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating in every way. This house had plenty of space for my extended family, was clean, and was in a very nice neighborhood near all kinds of things to do. Highly recommend this stay.

Beach Gear!
820 2nd St - Awesome place to stay for the Ocean City beach and boardwalk.I loved that it is a walking distance to both. It conveniently included beach umbrellas, chairs, cabana, tent & a beach cart to transport these items to the beach, so I did not need to bring any of these items myself. Also included several bikes to ride on boardwalk and nearby vicinity. I was able to find several places nearby to obtain food for any meal or for a treat.

Vacation Memories
This beach house holds such a special place in my heart and in my family’s heart. Every moment spent here — sipping coffee on the deck, laughing until our sides hurt, and soaking in the beauty around us — has created the best memories we’ll carry with us forever. From cozy mornings to evenings exploring the amazing local restaurants, every experience has been unforgettable. No matter where life takes us, this will always be our absolute favorite place, and we are so thankful for all the joy and memories it has given us. I know I will always look for 820 Second Street in every lifetime.

OCNJ Haunted Weekend
Location was perfect, layout was great! Loved the covered front porch (one story up) and the back balconies too! Perfect for our small group's home base just down the block from the other half of our group. Great beach-y decor all around, and over very comfortable. Kurt was great -- providing helpful information and also very friendly! We all agreed we will stay here again!

Top notch customer service and accommodations! We decided to take a spur of the moment trip to OCNJ for the weekend with our son. I found Kurt’s beautiful place & reached out. Kurt was attentive, informative, very helpful and responsive. Kurt was so accommodating in such short notice! I am extremely grateful and impressed by his white glove service. Kurt provided me with clear concise instructions as well as recommendations to local establishments. Kurt’s home exceeded all expectations! Beautifully designed and decorated in nautical theme style, clean, and sanitary conditions and well stocked with kitchen appliances for our convenience and all in working order. There are 2 outdoor decks well maintained, one in front and one out back both provided equal areas for peace and tranquility. The room has ample space and beds were very comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this exquisite home for anyone looking to unwind and relax whether it be in summer or off season, this home is top notch!
