Our unique, Victorian style home was built in 1882 by William Burrell, one of Ocean City's founding fathers.

Located just 4 blocks from the OCNJ boardwalk and beach, and 2 blocks from Ocean City's bustling Asbury Avenue, with its many shops and restaurants, our home is central to all the fun Ocean City has to offer. We are dedicated to restoring this charming beauty to her former glory and are so excited to host guests who will appreciate our home's unique architecture and history!
As a courtesy to our guests, we offer 12 beach tags to our guests in exchange for a $35/tag cash deposit. Your deposit money will be refunded when you return the tags at the end of your stay!

New for the 2023 season:

-new central heating and air conditioning on all floors
-new box springs and mattresses in all bedrooms
-all new pillows, mattress pads, quilts
-two new couches for family room
-new loveseat in one of the bedrooms
-new stainless steel dishwasher
-new stainless steel oven and microwave
-new, large poly outdoor dining furniture
-home was partially re-landscaped with sprinkler system; remainder to be completed in the fall of 2023
- Wheeleez beach cart with big beach wheels, to help get your “stuff” to the beach!
-Cool Cabana tent for the beach…easy, peasy set-up!
New for 2024 season:
Entire exterior of home updated with Hardy siding and insulation. New front and back porch decking. Entire home painted. New sidewalks and driveway concrete.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
