15% deposit to reserve with an executed lease, full amount due one month prior to reserved date (partial payments accepted). Full refund up one month prior if the property is re-rented, if not, the tenant will be responsible for the full rental week. There is a mandatory Renter's Protection Plan($1500coverage) $59, a processing fee of $85, and a $150 cleaning fee. Checks, Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo payments accepted. No credit cards. Travel insurance is highly suggested.
