No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period. The primary renter must be a resident of the United States.
CANCELLATION: TENANT can only cancel reservation in writing. If TENANT cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, TENANT will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 10% service fee to re-list and re-book the property.
Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged along with reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the TENANT’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RATES: Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
RESERVATION: Is confirmed upon receipt of TENANT's signed rental agreement and deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance is due by January 1st.
