All new Andersen sliding glass doors, new decks/porches and new porch furniture out back! New central A/C. New wall-to-wall carpet. A fully equipped kitchen with a brand new oven range. New washer & dryer. Master and back bed rooms can sleep to the sound of the ocean. The house is smoke/pet free and clean for the health conscious. All decks are accessed only from within second floor to ensure your privacy. All 3 private decks have furniture with extras in garage. Beach chairs, boogies boards and toys galore for all to enjoy....plus board games, puzzles and a video & book library for everyone to enjoy. Ask me about linen rentals! July and August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes up/down Wesley Ave (just behind our property). The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street). Rates: Adult 1 way: $2.50, Adult All Day Pass: $4.00. Child under 4 feet one way: $1.50 , Child under 4 feet all day pass: $2.00. Babies in arms (under 12 month) free if they do not occupy a seat. All in season Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday) no weekend rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we don't allow any pets and we are a smoke free home. No senior week groups. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. To hold your week, we require, along with the signed rental agreement, 50% of the security deposit, weekly rate & cleaning within 7 business days, with the balance due 30 days prior to check in.
