Think Bed & Breakfast, but you make both :) Feel right at home when you walk through the door. First floor unit has three bedrooms and bathroom along back hallway which sleeps 5. Across the front of the house is Sunporch, Living Room, Dining Room, & Kitchen. Laundry Room is off of kitchen. Outside shower and hoses to rinse off from Beach. Parking shared with owner. Walk everywhere, within minutes you will arrive at Starbucks, Bungalow Bowls, Asbury Avenue shopping, 11th Street beach and the center of the boardwalk. Perfect for small family, or ladies retreat. Two antique wicker chairs on front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Built in 1926 - appreciate classic Ocean City.

Immaculate Reception in this Fantastic OCNJ Rental!

This rental apartment, also known as the Audra Jo Jean, is not only in a prime location in Ocean City, New Jersey, but it is also immaculately clean, very roomy, and super convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and the Asbury Ave. shops and restaurants. The price for a weekly or nightly rental is very fair. The owner, Nancy, goes above and beyond to offer convenience, service, and a warm and hospitable welcome and stay. The unit is not only super clean, but very well-maintained with pride by the owner! Every year there are added features to benefit our stay. We have been renting this apartment annually for years (and at various times of the year from the height of summer vacation to spring and even fall). We ALWAYS have an incredibly wonderful stay here and look forward to returning every time. The rental has beautiful features that are special and unique such as hand-painted walls, coordinated decor, room to spread out and relax, a well-stocked kitchen, and a laundry room with a great washer and dryer. Two beach tags are included with the rental - another convenience! If you are searching for a great place to stay while visiting OCNJ, look no further - this unit is a gem!
