Make your next Ocean City vacation a lifetime memory with our one of a kind floor plan with luxurious furnishings and amenities conveniently located on an corner lot just 300' from the Beach and the Boardwalk between 4th and 5th Streets. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a Corian island with cushioned swivel seating for all guests, adjacent to the living room, that includes an entertainment area with a 55 wide screen Xfinity X-1 HDTV DVR service including apps to allow you to sign into your favorite streaming service. Living room incorporates two walls of windows with a sliding door looking onto the corner wrap-around porch protected with dark pinstripe awnings that provide some extra privacy for those cool relaxing summer evening breezes. Sit out on the Mahogany decked porch on our relaxing Adirondack chairs or sit at the table for an outside meal, playing cards or reading a book. Broadband High Speed Wireless Internet throughout.
Second level bedroom floor plan area designed to provide separate private master bedrooms at different ends of the unit. The primary master bedroom suite comprises of a king bed, triple dresser, flat screen TV DVD and a seamless glass enclosed full ceramic 5 shower. The second MBR offers a queen bed, TV and is next to the ceramic tiled hall bath with a shower over the tub and granite vanity. A powder room with Italian tile floor is also provided for guests. The third bedroom has two twins, TV and another wall of windows. Fourth bedroom offers a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom, single up top and a single trundle that rolls out from under the double. Full size washer and dryer provided off BR Hall. For when you come in off the beach, there's a shower room off the garage with a ceramic tiled floor, fiberglass shower with a seat and an additional hand shower.
Our convenient location allows you to park two cars off street in the garage and driveway and leave them parked. Short half block to Beach and Boardwalk. Two blocks to Wonderland Rides. One block to Oves restaurant and bike rentals. One block to free shuffleboard court for the kids, track, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball nets. Five blocks to the Music Pier or movie theaters. Eight blocks to Asbury Ave shopping and restaurants.
Twenty five minute drive to Atlantic City Casinos, nightlife, Outlet shopping and upscale restaurants.
We show our appreciation for our guests by insuring they are checking in to clean rental with our own personal inspections and include free beach access with six OC beach tags. One of the most comfortable relaxing Jersey Shore experiences at America s Greatest Family Resort.

Policies
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Location location location and more!
We stayed at this lovely beach house the week of 8/12-8/17 and we had an amazing time! I loved waking up each morning and having my coffee on the porch! We were just a short walk from the boardwalk, Browns, Oves and rides in the quiet end of OC. I would love to rent again next season!

Excellent Location
Excellent location! Everything was perfect! We loved the wrap around porch. Interior furnishings were top notch and extremely well maintained. The garage was perfect, we had zero issues with parking. We also loved the shower inside the garage and the entrance to the home from inside the garage. We will be back!

Beautiful condo at a great location to the beach
This condo is exceptional! Being a corner condo there was a lot of natural light. Not only are the furnishings top notch, but the location is perfect! The wrap around porch was so peaceful for me and could find sun or shade anytime of day. The boardwalk/beach are only a couple houses away. Nice size garage to keep bikes and sand chairs, and they even had a shower inside the garage.
