Description

What makes our property different from others in ocean city's large community is that it offers two separate floors. Allowing children to sleep peacefully while parents can entertain friends. Play games, watching a movie from our large selection of DVDs or just sitting on any of the three decks. This allows for no interruptions of those asleep. The beach is just one block away which allows for a quick return for a bathroom break or to make lunch. Outdoor shower allows for less sand in the comfort of your home away from home. Quiet location but still a short walk to all boardwalk amenities or local shopping on Asbury Avenue. We offer free 1 spot off street parking which is located in back of condo. For those interested in reading or catching up with work/news the library is only a few blocks away. Wi-Fi recently added for your convenience because who can't stay away from facebook for an entire week, haha. Our home is your home. We hope you are relaxed and comfortable on your vacation. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
Refund (less 20% service fee) if cancelled more than 30 days before check in.
