We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Felt right at home, quiet beach, wonderful neighborhood
Maribeth is a wonderful host. She was very communicative - reaching out periodically prior to our stay and making sure we had everything we needed once we arrived. We felt right at home and she stopped by to make sure we knew where everything was. The pool was great. The proximity to a quiet beach was super convenient. The neighborhood is wonderful (always liked that part of Ocean City). It was good to be back in the area with our family and Maribeth provided exactly what we needed to enjoy our time together and not have to worry about anything. Highly recommend the property. We'll be back!

Peaceful and Tranquil House
This house is likely the most peaceful/tranquil house that you will find in all of Ocean City, New Jersey.
We chose this option because we wanted each of our kids to have their own room as well as a yard for our dog.
Though we are a beach family, we actually found ourselves spending more time at the houses pool then going to the beach. Having a beautiful pool with all the amenities just steps away from a amazing kitchen made it difficult to leave this house. Don’t get me wrong. We could go to the beach, which was only a three minute walk away, but the pool and yard are spectacular!
The house came with everything in the listing, and was as we expected based on the pictures. Plenty of linens and towels were provided. The kitchens are well stocked had everything we needed.
The owner is there to greet us at check-in and stopped by a few times during our stay to check on us and the pool. She was helpful, pleasant and available when we needed her.

Slice of heaven
Slice of heaven across from the Atlantic Ocean. The pool & yard are huge and provide the perfect outdoor experience. All of the bedrooms on the first floor are immaculate. The kitchen is beyond beautiful. Upstairs only gets better! A wonderful family room with kitchen & dining room. The wrap around front porch is perfection. The master bedroom is all that it should be & then some. Obviously I can’t say how impressive this house is. It’s absolutely beautiful & easy & the Host is lovely.
