New living room furniture, breakfast bar stools, dining room table and deck furniture were updated for the 2024 season! Master bathroom and bedroom updated with the comfortable King size purple mattress for 2025 season. There is a flat screen 55" Smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable TV in the living room and additional Smart TV's in 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with SS appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans and a breakfast bar. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.
This condo offers two furnished private decks for your family to enjoy! The covered deck off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to relax after a day at the beach. The rooftop deck is spectacular with a glimpse of the ocean and a calm and peaceful setting to just chill. On those quiet and clear nights, you can relax and hear the waves breaking against the shoreline.
This condo offers off street parking for 2 cars. After a day at the beach, wash off in our enclosed outdoor shower equipped with hot water. Store all you beach supplies in the outdoor storage closet.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
