There are 4 Master Suites 3 with King Beds and 1 with Queen Bed, Bedroom #5 has a 1 Queen Beds and a Single Bed and a half bath, Bedroom #6 has 2 Bunk Beds (D/S and S/S), Bedroom #7 has a TRIPLE Bunk Bed (Q/D/S), Bedroom #8 has a Sectional Bed (S/D/S). CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Great property
We spent 4th of July (2023) week and it is a fantastic place for our children, grands who come from near and far. The kids ended up going to the 6th street beach because they are big into volleyball and there was enough room there for them to play. The location is perfect for those for want to park the car and walk to Asbury Ave to shop or enjoy the many restaurants. The Acme is a short walk. We never had to worry about parking as we had 5 spots in back and beside the driveway. The house itself is laid our perfectly. Plenty of room for all 17 of us. Loved watching the fireworks from the front porch. The only think I would do differently is I would rent sheets and towels rather than try to bring with us. Loved it
