NEWLY RENOVATED MAY 2023 ELEGANT, TWO STORY, GOLDCOAST BEACH HOUSE (near beach/boardwalk/attractions but just enough steps away to be in the perfect peaceful and relaxing location.) NEW WHITE KITCHEN, New Luxury Stearns and Foster Cassatt pillow top King Mattresses with adjustable remote control head and leg lift (top of the line, high end beds for a relaxing, sleep-well vacation). All 4 bedrooms have new furniture. This Beach House is two stories (yes, you get BOTH floors, this is not a typical first OR second floor property like most in Ocean City, however, it is an upside down style with living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and 4th bedroom on the second floor. The master ensuite, Full Bath, 2 other bedrooms, and laundry on the first floor). It is located on the quieter side street of 19th, featuring an open floor plan, a two story foyer, bamboo hardwood floors, GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, 10 foot vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms in the house plus a 3rd fully enclosed private shower room in in carport (lockable) full large capacity digital machines in separate laundry room, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with blender, Keurgig, and standard coffee makers, George Foreman Grill, Microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cookware, Pyrex, serving, cooking and eating utensils, house stocked with games, books, and a FLAT SCREEN TVs, DVD in living room. (All bedrooms have FLAT SCREEN TVs also.) Preferred Package cable television, free wireless internet access. Two Decks with deck furniture (one off of Master suite, one off of living room/dining room area) two car carport parking (three if you squeeze) usually a good amount of off street parking also, large carport storage room that locks for renters to store bicycles, beach chairs, and boogie boards, 3 short blocks (~950 feet) to beach and boardwalk. This house is located in the perfect spot if you'd like to be slightly away from the majority of the noise and commotion (where the rides and attractions are) so that you and your family are not disrupted during peaceful family and sleep time, but close enough to take a short walk down the boardwalk to get to them when you do want to enjoy the fun! THIS PROPERTY WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RENT TO TEEN AND/OR COLLEGE AGE PARTY GROUPS. LOCATED AT: Corner of 19th St. and West Ave. House faces the quieter side street of 19th. Cleaning Fee: You have the option of having the house professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Our cleaning/linen service charges $275. We require that you remove all trash from the house as well as all items brought into the house rather you use the cleaning service or not. We require that you put the furniture and all items in the house back the way you found them including the dishes. Bed linens only included, but local linen services can be recommended for towels. PET POLICY: Housebroken, well trained pets only please. NO PET FEE because we love pets! -SORRY BUT: We only rent to FAMILIES (OF ALL AGES) AND MATURE ADULTS GROUPS (30 & OLDER). **NO SENIOR WEEK, COLLEGE STUDENTS GROUPS, OR YOUNG ADULT PARTY GROUPS PLEASE!!**

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
This is an upside down style house with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath and one bedroom upstairs with two full size beds and twin trundle. And downstairs is the laundry room, master bedroom, an additional bedroom with a King size Bed and a Full bath directly across the hall, as well as a bunk room with 5 beds.

Freshly updated and pet friendly
Some of the things that we loved about this rental were
1) the fresh updates and decor and the plentiful sleeping accommodations.
2) Ease of parking 2 cars off street and ample street parking
3) the convenience of including beach tags, beach gear for our use
4) nice and private outdoor heated shower
5) lots of places to plug in electronics and cell phones etc
6) fully outfitted kitchen (although I do recommend replacing cookware)
7) generosity in leaving behind some spare laundry detergent, paper products soaps
8) how gracious and welcoming the owner is with having our dog come with us
9) very fast and wonderful communication via text with the owner
10) comfortable adjustable king mattresses and the option to have linens provided AND all beds made prior to our arrival was a lovely add on.

Close to everything
Our family had a very enjoyable multi-week stay at this newly renovated home that is only a few blocks walk from the beach and boardwalk. We regularly walked into downtown Ocean City or to Aunt Betty's ice cream a few blocks away. We were able to bring our Lab with us, and he loved walking around the nearby middle school and spending time on the balconies. The kids were regulars at the tennis courts, and we found the house to be very well appointed with plenty of space for our family and the occasional guest. The neighbors are a very nice couple who love living where they do and were always pleasant. My only criticism is that the furniture on the upstairs balcony is big and awkward for that space. Elizabeth, the property owner, is very responsive and provided a handbook that as comprehensive as it was helpful. We would definitely rent again and I'm happy to recommend this property to your family. .

That was actually on the to-do list with the renovations this year, but we ran out of time because of renovation delays. But there will definitely be brand new, better sized deck furniture (and more upgrades) for the 2024 season. Hope you will become one of our many repeat renters!
Family Friendly
Very nice unit, with outstanding communication. Only draw back is the A/C. To be cool upstairs the downstairs is very cold.

Great family vacation
This was our first family vacation which included four families, three children under 3 and 4 dogs. This house was perfect for us! Great location and plenty of room! Elizabeth is a great host- she sent us a full packet of what we would need and was always available to answer any questions we had. We has a cable issue and she got it fixed in a timely manner. I’m not sure where our next vacation will take us- but we will always keep this house in mind!

AUGUST STAY
The property was great. The neighborhood was clean and neat and when we took our dogs out at night, we never felt threatened. The dogs also liked it.

We were very happy with the house! Had a great time staying there for our family summer shore vacation. The recent renovations made the house beautiful. The house was also very clean. Great beach house, great location, great service!
We loved this property, clean, modern, lots of room for everyone in our 2 families of 12. Bed were super comfy and clean. Kids loved the bunk room. Close to beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurant, ice cream shops, Best dining room table, 12 chairs! Great for games, dinners, crafts for the kids, and evening wine. Tons of amenities. Will return next summer for Sure!

Great house for kids and families. Tons of room!
We loved this house, it was so nice! Our kids begged us to come back next year. We will be! Tons of amenities. It was clean, close to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions, but still in a quite neighborhood. The owner was professional, accommodating and very organized which help us plan our vacation. I think we found the house we will be returning to every year from now on. Nothing we've rented in the pasted compares for the price.
