This large Corner lot Beach Home boasts a private single car garage,parking in driveway, and private entrance with full bathroom & laundry on main floor.Upstairs in the unit there is a well appointed kitchen with all that you need to prepare meals for the entire family, a Keurig coffee maker, 4 bar stools in island, a large dining room table with seating for 10 and spacious living room leading out to huge wrap around front porch.The primary bedroom is enormous and has en suite bath with large walk in shower,double vanity, and private back balcony. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Ocean City Rental
This is a great property for a large group of people. Very clean and plenty of beds and room for our 8 adults and 6 children. Jeff is a very accommodating host with all linens towels and beach towels on site. There are quite a few bicycles which we really appreciated, as well as a lot of sporting goods. The porch on the front of the house was also great.
