Custom woodwork and high end finishes throughout with a main level fireplace, 9' ceilings and a custom kitchenette on the upper level, This condo has something for everyone! The elevator serves both levels and there is Jr. suite on main floor, and master suite on the upper floor. There is a powder room on main level and an additional full bath on upper floor to make sure this unit can accommodate large groups and guests. With modern finishes, and attractive Airbnb style furnishes, this unit is a must stay for your summer vacation. Grab a seat on a deck and watch a sunset over the ferris wheel, or take a seat by the fire on a chilly night. All members of your party have been thought of. There is a gaming console in one of the bedrooms for the younger members of the family, and a pack and play and high chair for the little ones. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Beautifully done plus!
801 Stenton was extra clean, and brand new! It was a short walk to the beach made even easier by the provision of a beach wagon and chairs and boogie boards....it's so nice not to have to pack sandy chairs and boards for the trip home! In all my years of coming to OC, NJ, I have never had the pleasure of having sheets and towels provided. There were more than sufficient linens for our group of 10, plus the laundry facilities available to keep things clean. The kitchen is spacious and the living room cozy and intimate. There are a plenty of hang out spaces (balconies, etc.) so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Adam was very responsive with communications. The only downfall was that we didn't sign up to stay longer. :-)
