The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops (including a large center island with stools), stainless appliances, and upgraded cabinets and fixtures. The comfortable dining area opens to the large front porch and will be great for providing memorable family meals on your vacation. Enjoy the ocean breezes while relaxing or dining on the large, front porch facing the ocean. Our Gold Coast first floor condo is 2700 Sq Feet (one of the largest on the beach), and includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 baths. The home is between 22nd and 23rd Streets on Wesley Avenue, on the beach and boardwalk. Ocean City's boardwalk ends at 23rd street with no commercial property higher than 14th street. This exclusive property is in the heart of Ocean City's desirable Goldcoast area, with gorgeous beaches and comfort in a beautiful setting. Truly, the best of all worlds. An island with 4 stools facings the ocean so you can watch the waves as you are eating your breakfast and having your morning coffee. The property has two large decks, one in front and one in the back of the home. In addition the home has an outdoor shower, and a laundry room with pantry, sink and overflow extra refrigerator. We supply 14 beach tags (need for those 12 years of age and older) for your stay, a pack-n-play, a gas grill, and parking for 4-6 cars (in addition street parking is available). 10 beach chairs will save you lots of room in your car. Every bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. This unit is perfect for multiple families as the master suite bedroom (and 2nd bedroom with queen and wetbar) & and bath can be closed off from the front 3 bedrooms and living area. The master suite has a king size bed with fireplace and large bath featuring tile shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and bidet. Bedroom layout: Master bedroom - King Bedroom #2 - Queen bed w/ queen sleeper sofa & wet bar (sleeps 4) Bedroom #3 - Queen with a private Bath Bedroom # 4 - has one Queen and one Twin (sleeps 3) Bedroom #5 -kids room with 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds each with its own new mattress (sleeps 4) Also provided a fold up cot bed with mattress Guests provide their own linens and towels. Off season/weekend rentals - call or email for rates. Price includes accidental insurance policy. Security deposit: $500 (refunded 7-14 days after check out) 25% of rental fee reserves the property Nonsmoking home. No pets allowed. No senior week. Weekly rentals only in season and are Saturday to Saturday. Please check calendar for availability. July/August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes right passed our property. The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street). Rates: Adult 1 way: $2.50, Adult All Day Pass: $4.00. Child under 4 feet one way: $1.50 , Child under 4 feet all day pass: $2.00. Babies in arms (under 12 month) free if they do not occupy a seat. Wonderful large home and location for a family vacation!

Beautiful large kitchen/dining/family room surrounded by windows looking out onto the ocean. Lovely covered porch with nice outdoor furniture allowing for meals outside. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Generous parking area. Second fridge provided in laundry area which is great for extra drinks and food. Ceiling fans in almost every room in addition to lovely central air throughout. Nice quiet surroundings. Our family of nine had a wonderful week staying there!

Beach Fireworks

Our family had two favorite gathering places- the awesome front porch and the large dining room table. We had perfect weather which added so much to our stay. This is a large home and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot - Porch is a Standout Feature

We brought 8 adults and 6 children for a week. Great location to the beach, the outdoor porch on the boardwalk (where we spent most of our time) was covered and spacious with water views and sounds, 2 fridges, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs neighbors were only there on the weekend. Parking for 4 cars. Great place if you have the extra $ and want to splurge for ocean views. Maryellen the owner and John the property manager responded instantly to anything we asked. Recommended.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the view can’t be beat. It could not have worked out better for our family reunion. The extra-large dining room table and island provided ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra fridge was appreciated. All of the beds were comfy; the master is HUGE. Absolutely perfect... beautiful beach getaway!!!

The house was very spacious and cozy! Accommodated four couples very nicely and the ocean view was breathtaking! We planned a surprise 40th birthday for my husband and he had an amazing time we were all very pleasantly surprised by the deco and furniture... it is definitely a luxury accommodation with the cozy hold me feel !!!! We will definitely be back again next year for another round !!!!

Wonderful beachfront house with fantastic floor plan! Great for grandkids!

Our annual Ocean City beach trip includes four generations with ages ranging from 14 months to 81 years! This house has a unique layout that is perfect for everyone! A master suite and junior master suite perfectly accommodate each of our 2 married kids/spouses. Another bedroom with private bath is great for my mom. There is another spacious bedroom with adjoining bath for my husband and I, plus a bunk bed bedroom for the grandkids. Great house if you are traveling with infants/toddlers. Fantastic beach access. This is our second time staying at this property. Location and layout are tough to beat! Great parking too!
The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is that the property could use a little updating...especially 2 of 3 bathrooms are quite outdated. But kitchen has been renovated so that is a big plus. Also wish that outdoor shower area was enclosed.

Not sure it could get any better!

My Dad, who is 83, decided he wanted to take the whole family to the beach and wanted the BEST place to stay. He wanted to hear and see the ocean from a porch - check. Wanted beautiful accommodations - check. Wanted close proximity to boardwalk fun - check. We couldn't have asked for a better place/vacation. We had 11 adults and 5 young children in our crew and we did not feel on top of each other, with plenty of seating for everyone, and access to the beach and boardwalk was literally steps away. It was clean as a whistle, too. Everyone's favorite place to be was the huge, enclosed (OMG, thank you...toddlers!!) porch with a stunning view of the dunes, beach, ocean. We loved that we were near the end of the boardwalk as it was peaceful. It's a healthy walk to where the action is down farther on the boardwalk, but we liked that. Don't hate us but we also had perfect weather for our week at the shore. One last important thing - the owner is professional, super sweet and friendly; it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Great house, Great location

The house was perfect as was the location. Located at a quiet section of the boardwalk and beach but only a 10 minute walk on the boards or beach to get to all of the activity.
