We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful Property
Cannot not say enough about this lovely home. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. We rented both units as a fall getaway for 12 couples. It's location was perfect, close to the boardwalk and local shopping.
Marianne was so accommodating, and got right back to me when I had a question about our stay.
I would highly recommend this property, on of the best in Ocean City!

We had a great weekend at this property. The house accommodated everyone. It was super clean and the property looked just like the pictures. Maryellen was a pleasure to work with and she responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone if you want to visit the ocean city area.

Excellent house
We had a thanksgiving family reunion. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and couldn’t have been happier. Excellent property and Maryellen was very helpful. Will rent again in the future.

Gorgeous Home!!
We absolutely loved this property! Maryellen was so accommodating. She answered all my questions quickly. The house is gorgeous and was perfect for everyone. Trying to accommodate for 20 people is tough but Not one person had a complaint. Thank you for an awesome Weekend!!

A beautiful, very large and accommodating rental
We had the best time at this rental. The space is enormous with enough sleeping options for four families with children of all ages. The decorations and furnishings were very nice and sturdy, much higher quality than typical rentals. And Maryellen is extremely lovely to work with! She is responsive, helpful and made the whole stay from booking to departure fabulous. The house was so wonderful we barely wanted to go to the beach, but when we did, it was so close and there were tons of beach chairs, wheelbarrows to carry beach goods, etc. We look forward to returning to this fabulous rental.

Delightful
We brought a large and varied group of people together for a weekend at the Wesley Avenue house, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units and made good use of the grills and patios, large living rooms, and kitchens. I should also mention that the space was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Having enough room for 23 adults to comfortably share meals and spend time together as a full group was amazing.
We did find ourselves doing a bit of scrambling when it was raining and there is no way to get from one side to the other without going outside, but it was a tiny inconvenience at most. Host Maryellen was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. We particularly appreciated her help securing linens for the house and taking care of all our details. Great location, great house, great host. Definitely recommend.

Property was nice, landlord lives right behind property
The property was nice but the landlord lives right behind the property. Landlord shows up and enters the property to take pictures at random. Landlord is like a hover Mom constantly calling and inspecting the property. I was out at breakfast one day and the landlord walked into the property and started taking pictures while the kids were asleep, she woke the kids up. Very creepy.

Perfect Vacation House in Ocean City, NJ
Our Group of 12 Business Professionals and friends were looking for the best house possible to accommodate us. Not easy to find an upscale 12 bedroom house located near many of the Atlantic City golf courses, casinos and restaurants...But we found it with 1012/ 1014 Wesley. Loved Ocean City, NJ
The owner Mary Beth was absolutely great to work with, professional , responsive and accommodating . Everyone of us enjoyed the house which is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommend ......
