Description
Just listed for the 2024 season! This is our first year listing on VROCNJ, we used to list through VRBO and have over a 4.7 star rating there. This 2nd floor getaway (of 3 floor and unit building) is 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath unit. Prime location on Delancey Street, which is a one way street in the North End of Ocean City, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk on Delancey place street (about 1.5 Blocks). We include 4 beach tags and beach chairs. One bedroom has 3 total beds (a bunk bed and 2 singles) The second bedroom has a queen bed. Please note as per the listing this unit is for 5 people staying total.
Brand new kitchen, with recently updated furniture has been added including couches, tables, beds, and tvs. The unit has central air. Washer and dryer is located in the unit. The pictured 2nd floor middle deck is exclusive to your unit. Parking is free on Delancey place street and all the surrounding block, but there is not a reserved parking spot for this unit. To enter the unit it is keypad entry and we send you the code to enter a couple days prior. Once in there is a key with the 5 beach tags. The cleaning fee charged is the same rate they charge us for the cleaning and they come prior to your arrival and right after your check out. There is a separate fully refundable $500 security deposit. Please email with any questions and we look forward to hosting you!
As is standard in Ocean City rentals due to the short window of turnovers for cleaning companies please bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, and soaps (we provide some to get your started)
No pets, parties, or smoking allowed. This voids your lease. If you are a smoker please do not book as this includes both inside and on the deck of the property and any smoke smell inside the property after will result in a $250 for the additional cleaning. If you are booking you must be staying there. You cannot book on behalf of someone else for example booking for your children that do not meet the requirements. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID at the time of booking. Must be 27 to book and cannot book on behalf of someone else. Max 5 people are allowed to stay in the unit and any more than that violates the lease with no refund.
The garage area is shared and is where the beach chairs are located.
***We have an outside camera on property that does not face anywhere in the unit and is visible facing the shared garage for security purposes as that space is shared***

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Stay!
We visit OC every year and this rental was one of the best. Close enough to the fun but far enough away where it is a bit less hectic. The place was clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will stayed in contact with us from the time we signed until after we checked out. 5 stars!
