Description
We welcome new guests and look forward to knowing you! Our unit is the first floor at 1701 Wesley Ave. Three outside decks with beautiful views. Master bedroom suite with King bed, TV, private bath with tub and shower, and private porch with ocean views. Two bedrooms with Queen beds (one with a private deck), fourth bedroom with two Twin beds, and fifth bedroom with two sets of bunks. The unit includes two full baths in addition to the master suite bath. You will spend the majority of your time in the spacious, open-floor-plan great room with full kitchen and dining area. The great room and dining area feature ocean views and a delightful deck with large dining table looking toward the beach and boards.
Located at 17th and Wesley, you will be the third house from the beach (no streets to cross) and three blocks to the commercial part of the boardwalk. Far enough from the noise, but close enough for a quick walk!
The unit includes full-size washer and dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Second refrigerator/freezer in the garage for beach beverages or anything you can’t quite fit upstairs. An outside grill is available for use behind the side driveway.
Three-car, off-street parking. No need to drive, walk to everything! The unit includes a double-deep garage that could fit two cars, but we recommend parking one car in the back of the garage and using the front to store beach gear or bikes. Park a second car on the reserved pad in front of the garage.
We provide beach tags, a beach cart, assorted beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. We are happy to provide options for linen rental services if you prefer.
This is a first floor unit. The staircase to the first floor has 12 steps from the ground floor.
EXCLUSIONS: Your rental includes use of the entire first floor unit and the garage belonging to the unit. You will access the garage from outside on Wesley Ave. Access to the unit is provided through the front door on 17th Street and interior stairway. The remainder of the ground floor and ground floor patio (directly below the unit's main deck) are not included in the unit and are not part of the rental. There is no direct, inside access from the garage to the unit. Use of the side driveway off 17th Street is not included.
We ask for a $250 cleaning fee per stay. No booking fee, no application fee, no other fees.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful OC Rental
We just finished up our wonderful 3-week rental at this home and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. There was plenty of room for our whole family with the extended dining table, and our children especially loved the bunk bed room. The deck quickly became our favorite spot as we enjoyed watching the waves with our morning coffee. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was ideal for a family with children and not having to cross busy intersections was a luxury we didn't know we were missing! Steve is such a gracious host, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our stay. We will definitely plan a return visit!

Location, Comfort and Amenities
The location of this home is perfect for large groups, especially with children because as mentioned in other reviews, there are no streets to cross to get to the beach which itself only takes 5 minutes to walk to. Also, the main attractions, such as amusement parks and mini golf are only about a mile walk down on the boardwalk so no need to drive and find parking. The home is very comfortable and has a lot of space perfectly arranged for a large group. The owners offer a lot of beach chairs, bicycles and other amenities that came in very helpful! In addition, all of the balconies are wonderful but especially the large, main balcony off of the kitchen since it has a view of the beach, is covered and has lights you can use at night. The owner Steve is very responsive and extremely easy to work with. Our group was a total of 11 people including adults and children and everyone said this was one of the best homes we have vacationed in over the years. We all highly recommend this home if you are visiting OCNJ!

Great beach house
I have stayed in many beach houses, and this one was absolutely the best! It is spacious, clean, well stocked, a couple houses from the beach, and far from crowds. It has quality appliances and comfortable furniture.
The owner is extremely conscientious, accommodating, and helpful.
I highly recommend this house for your vacation at the beach.

Great home away from home.
We could not be happier with our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean & a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Steve is an excellent communicator, accommodating & kind. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location of this home is ideal- no streets to cross to get to the beach and boardwalk but far enough away from the busy boardwalk area. The home is comfortable and stylish and the owners provide a lot of additional items to help make your stay more enjoyable. The kitchen contains both ceramic and plastic items for kids as well as ample space for storing food. Steve, the owner, is amazing. He is readily available and truly wants you to enjoy your stay at their home. This is a wonderful place to stay if you have young children or several families looking to vacation together. There are a few steps to enter the home but no steps inside. The outside table is a nice area to enjoy a meal, play games, or read. Very highly recommend!
