4 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with 10 foot high ceilings give a spacious feel.
Location, location, location! The music pier is the heart of the city and can be viewed from the front of this beautiful spacious beach house. Just a one block walk to the beach, boardwalk and amusements. The Asbury restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance; so convenient!! Walk up the bull nose stairs to the landing and into the foyer. Enter the house where you see the kitchen and dining area. Also, the living room and two sliders exit from the great room to the covered sun deck with privacy shades. When there are fireworks they can be viewed from the deck. The well stocked kitchen has all the amenities you will need. The kitchen seats a total of twelve; 8 at the dining table and 4 at the granite counter top island. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filter, gas stove, dish washer, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, electric can opener and more. The kitchen looks over the living room, which has a fireplace, ceiling fan and flat screen television. WiFi enabled and HD SMART tv, Netflix and Comcast satellite tv. Total of 5 televisions! The living room couches have electric recliners with a queen sized sleeper. The love seat completes seating for ten. Down the hall way is a large bathroom with a hair dryer and shower massage.
Bedroom number 1 has two bunk beds that sleeps four. In the closet is a pack and play, baby gate, child size table and chairs and high chair. Side note: no ceiling fan active ; floor fan to ensure child safety.
Bedroom number 2 has 2 full size beds that lead to the large back covered deck. The darkening curtains make for a rest full early morning "sleep in" if desired.
Bedroom number 3 has an enormous king size bed leading to the back covered sun deck, perfect for tanning. There are also, awnings for privacy. Connected to the bedroom is a spacious second bathroom with marble counter tops and a hair dryer.
In the hall way there is a bulletin board that has helpful added information including the owners phone number. All questions are welcome.
Bedroom number 4 is down the steps to a private room with a television and an adjustable queen size bed. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. The back door leads to the back porch which has an enclosed hot and cold shower to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach. In addition there is a 6 foot high white vinyl privacy fence. Then out to the garage. For convenience there is an automatic garage door opener. There is off street parking for 2 cars. One car in the garage. The other car behind the one in the garage (leaving the garage door open) (without blocking the side walk) OR the other vehicle in front of the driveway in the street. Also, there are beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and sand toys for the kids.Sorry, no beach tags. It is too hard to keep track of them. Cleaning and inspection is done by mother and daughter team to insure all is clean and in good condition. We are sure your stay will leave you with a happy experience at the shore.
