This spacious 5BR beachfront duplex unit can accommodate a large family of up to 11 people. Offering over 2000 SF of living space, larger than most comparable Southend rental options. This newer home has nice furnishings and fantastic upgrades. Features include 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Elevator, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, large covered deck across the ocean side with teak rockers. Small private decks off the master BR and back corner BR. Beautiful open floor plan kitchen, fully stocked with all cooking items that you would expect in your own home, and gas range. Big kitchen center island to gather around and socialize, while enjoying the ocean views. Dining room seating for 10-11 people. The Kitchen, LR, and DR all have big ocean and beach views extending all the way north to the Atlantic City skyline. Off street parking with garage and up to 2 additional spots. Enclosed cabana shower room just off the beach. Weber grill. Beach tags included during peak season. Direct access to the large Southend beach just over the mid block walkway in front of the home.
Optional in-house linen services also available upon request at small additional cost.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful stay!
Absolutely loved the location right on the beach! Awesome porch to drink coffee on in the morning & watch the full moon rise over the ocean in the evening. House was spacious, clean & well stocked. Minor glitch at checkin but worked out just fine. Would definitely go back!

End of April stay
The views of the water are outstanding. Plenty of room to relax. Very comfortable location and a quiet neighborhood. Took a handful of days to relax and enjoy the ocean - was a great stay.

Best VRBO home/location EVER!
This home and oceanfront location are amazing! Five of us took a long weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, long walks on the beach, the boardwalk, cooking delicious meals in a well stocked kitchen, sleeping in or waking early from comfortable beds, sipping wine and chatting by the fire. Scott was a great host - provided us with all the information we needed and more. We saw a dolphin and triple rainbow. We will definitely return! Thank you so much.

Birthday gathering
The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It had a great beachfront view. The owner provided tons of information in advance about the area and checked in via text to make sure we were comfortable. It was one of the best rentals we have used.

Breathtaking
Beautiful home with stunning views. Our multi generational group 8-94 years old enjoyed every minute, despite many days of windy and stormy weather. (There's never a bad day at the beach.) Enjoyed gathering around the huge dining room table for home-cooked family meals, watching spectacular sunrises, the cozy fireplace and the joy always of the spectacular views and sounds of crashing waves in every direction. Scott was wonderful to work with and always responsive. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful getaway
My family of 9 enjoyed our stay in OC! The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Well stocked kitchen. Access to the beach was top notch as well and the owner's recommendation to get a beach wheelchair buggy for our elderly grandmother was a real game changer. If you have someone that finds it challenging to walk on the beach over a distance, the town of OC has wheelchair buggies that you may rent for free, make it possible for them to get down to the water. Really appreciate the recommendation. Would rent this home again.

Fantastic Week !
Thanks for an amazing week. My family and I have been coming to the Jersey Shore for nearly 50 years. This was the best place we have ever stayed. When we arrived, the place was very clean and we were warmly welcomed by the owner with a fresh box of sticky buns and a celebratory bottle of Prosecco. The location was perfect with an epic panoramic view of the beach. We loved watching the sunrise from the rocking chairs on the porch. The house was loaded with everything we needed and worked really well for our cross generational crew, especially the main living room / kitchen for everyone to hang out…and the elders really appreciated the elevator to help minimize the impact of the trips upstairs. Thanks again. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family!

A fabulous spot for a family celebration!
We were celebrating two milestone birthdays and this house was perfect. We had family from 25-87 years old! The VIEW is spectacular and the Great Room/Kitchen area was open and yet cozy! The wood burning fireplace was a highlight. The beds were comfy and the elevator came in handy. By far the highlight was the view and the sound of the waves!
