There's nothing like a corner house with views of the water! Escape to the beach in this very spacious 2nd Floor (2500 sq ft) 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house ideally located 1 block from the beach, boardwalk, shopping and fun! It has a large open floor plan, with a beautiful well stocked kitchen and huge center island, as well as cathedral ceilings throughout.
The rooms are spacious, inviting and comfortable for families or groups of up to 16. Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1 has 2 bunk bed units, plus a trundle
Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #3 has 1 King bed

Master Bedroom has 1 King bed

The dining room has a new large table that can seat 8 people. And the large center island has seating for 6 additional people.
There are 3 separate very spacious decks:
1. The front main deck has a retractable awning (facing east to provide morning sun and afternoon shade).
2. The rear deck has a wrap around deck.
3. The very large rooftop deck is exclusive to the unit, and has enough furniture to host a small wedding!

The house is steps away from the boardwalk's best attractions like Playland's Castaway Cove, Golden Galleon, Congo Falls, Jilly's Arcade, the Surf Mall, Manco & Manco, and more. A short walk and you will find Starbucks and other coffee shops, Bungalow Bowls, Cinco De Mayo, Hooked on Breakfast, and the other great restaurants and shops of Asbury Avenue and the downtown area.

There are up to 6 off street parking spots in total… 4 cars parking in the garage and 2 more spots in the driveway. Also, there are cabinets and shelves in the garage to hold all your beach and personal items. Plus, an extra fridge too!

Upgrades this past year include adding mounted TVs in every room, new beds, new patio furniture, new dining room furniture, new hot water heater and more.
In 2023 we will be updating the flooring, kitchen, master bathroom and window treatments.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
