Sandy Britches Beach House built in 2021, is a beautiful four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath second floor Ocean City home. This home is a very short walk to the ocean, bay, downtown restaurants and shopping. Once you step inside this seaside retreat you are greeted with a professionally decorated open concept kitchen and living room with tons of natural light. The well-stocked kitchen makes it easy for you to prepare your favorite coastal cuisine. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, all other bedrooms have custom designed closets. The house offers three furnished outdoor spaces that allows you to enjoy the warm summer days and nights. The deck off of the living room is completely covered, with two ceiling fans. The perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee. The nautical themed rooftop deck has great views of the evening sunset and the Ocean City fire works! The fenced in backyard includes a six person table with umbrella to enjoy your meals outdoors. The bonus/recreational room on the ground floor includes a shuffleboard table, corn hole, television, futon sleeper and bar. The French doors off of this room open up to the backyard. This is a great space for families to relax and enjoy time together after a perfect day at the beach. The owners provide adult bicycles, eight beach tags, Cool Cabana, beach umbrella, cooler, games, and beach cart. This house offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Ocean City!

Beautiful and Relaxing
My family and I had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Sandy Britches. The house is bright and cozy with lots of outdoor sitting to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and outdoors. It’s just a short walk to the beginning of the boardwalk and the lovely beaches.

Great Stay At Sandy Britches!
My extended family just finished up a week’s stay at Sandy Britches. We had a tremendous time and the home was well equipped, very modern, clean, and so welcoming.
There were many unique hang out places throughout the home and everything was brand new and very thoughtfully laid out!
They had everything you’d need for a beach week already at the home, and your just a short bike ride from the beach (with their bikes!)
I’d highly recommend checking this place out, and we hope to come back very soon!
