Sandy Britches Beach House built in 2021, is a beautiful four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath second floor Ocean City home. This home is a very short walk to the ocean, bay, downtown restaurants and shopping. Once you step inside this seaside retreat you are greeted with a professionally decorated open concept kitchen and living room with tons of natural light. The well-stocked kitchen makes it easy for you to prepare your favorite coastal cuisine. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, all other bedrooms have custom designed closets. The house offers three furnished outdoor spaces that allows you to enjoy the warm summer days and nights. The deck off of the living room is completely covered, with two ceiling fans. The perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee. The nautical themed rooftop deck has great views of the evening sunset and the Ocean City fire works! The fenced in backyard includes a six person table with umbrella to enjoy your meals outdoors. The bonus/recreational room on the ground floor includes a shuffleboard table, corn hole, television, futon sleeper and bar. The French doors off of this room open up to the backyard. This is a great space for families to relax and enjoy time together after a perfect day at the beach. The owners provide adult bicycles, eight beach tags, Cool Cabana, beach umbrella, cooler, games, and beach cart. This house offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Ocean City!

Sandy Britches
Sandy Britches is a gorgeous, extremely well equipped and comfortable home for your family. Pack light bags as really heavy things are hard to get up the stairs to second floor. The owners truly thought of everything, from a binder of instructions to labeling light switches, to beach tags, bikes and beach equipment. They even left a lovely note and OC coffee. Highly recommend!

Great place!!
I have stayed at this wonderful Ocean City home on 2 occasions and each time have found it lovely and well equipped. The kitchen/living area is great for socializing, the bedrooms are comfortable and the place is kept very clean. The rooftop porch is great at night with a wonderful view of Ocean City. The location is convenient to the beach and boardwalk as well as an easy drive to other NJ towns like Atlantic City and Cape May. Highly recommend.

Perfect
We rented this home to be close to our cousins in Cape May but love
The Gardens in Ocean City !! The beach was all but empty in September, and the beach near this house is the best. It opens up around the point for spectacular views The neighborhood is just gorgeous and so perfect for riding bikes and walking.
The house is wonderful. The basement level has the best feature… a shuffleboard table!!!!! A wonderful back yard and lots of beach chairs and the cutest beach cruiser bikes. The rooftop hangout is so cute and a great place to get away. It has a great gas fire pit and a grill for cooking. Great place to enjoy the stars away from the light pollution of downtown.
The house has the best beds so comfortable and the kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Just the perfect getaway and just 15 mins to Cape
May. You need to stay here!!!

My friends and I took a girls trip and stayed at here. The house is spacious and clean. It’s in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach!!! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful and Relaxing
My family and I had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Sandy Britches. The house is bright and cozy with lots of outdoor sitting to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and outdoors. It’s just a short walk to the beginning of the boardwalk and the lovely beaches.

Gem at the Jersey shore
I was here for an annual girls trip and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again. The house is light and bright and the decor is beautifully coastal. The kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly appointed. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy from the rooftop area, the front porch and the backyard. The house is just a few blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The owners clearly take pride in this seaside gem and we couldn't have had a better experience!

Great Stay At Sandy Britches!
My extended family just finished up a week’s stay at Sandy Britches. We had a tremendous time and the home was well equipped, very modern, clean, and so welcoming.
There were many unique hang out places throughout the home and everything was brand new and very thoughtfully laid out!
They had everything you’d need for a beach week already at the home, and your just a short bike ride from the beach (with their bikes!)
I’d highly recommend checking this place out, and we hope to come back very soon!

Fantastic Place!
Went for a girls weekend. Place is simple amazing…the owners recently built, and the attention to quality and detail is very evident in this place. Simply gorgeous decor, awesome location. You will not be disappointed.
