Immersive, Bright Setting
This beachfront was everything I expected from the photos in the listing! Beach access through the backyard, amazing natural light throughout the living space, and perfect for grilling dinner with my family.

Just what I needed!
This vacation is just what I needed! My husband and I loved that the kids could play right in front of condo like our own private beach. Owner met us and answered all our questions regarding the stay. The view from the condo was so peaceful. Ocean views and wildlife on the dunes. So beautiful that we have booked our two weeks next year. Thank you Elaine

Not ready for renting
We recently rented from Elaine Bassill in this property 3332 Wesley ave
We arrived Friday for check in and she told us they are working on getting our house together
We proceeded to go to the Rental closer to 3pm (check in 2pm)only to find multiple workers still putting the rental together pipes being put on a TV being hung ect ect multiple work cars in the driveway just FYI worst driveway set up in OCNJ
The first 2 days we had no Comcast no internet no bar stools no shower curtain no spreads no trash cans inside or out no bathroom mats mostly everything advertised was not in the unit upon arrival
The house is nice but very small and very loud so if you plan to have more than 8 people it will be very crowded and you can hear everything
Also the neighbors complained about us being loud I guess the teenage boys where sitting outside with music and talking so make sure you talk soft and do not play music or maybe just do not bring kids or teenagers bring very quiet adults
I have rented many high end houses and for this price it is no where near what kind of house you would expect
I asked for one night compensation due to the fact we walked into a house still needing many things. It was not ready to be rented and should have not been on the market.
With everything that happened the first couple of days you would think one may compensate for the first night but not Elaine Bassill she thinks it was our fault for coming in a day early well you would think if your house was not ready you would not rent it.
For this amount of money even if things were ready it is not worth it.
It is small noisy no beach views parking is a mess neighbors apparently complain
There are so many gorgeous beach houses in ocean city and this is mot one of them
I would never work with this family again being she actually thinks she did everything right and no apology and did not give us the one night compensation we requested

We tried to accommodate your wishes before, during and after booking. From your first request for a $3000 discount to your insistence on checking-in on Friday instead of Saturday because flights were more affordable, we felt we were building a working relationship by meeting your budget and special requests. We were sorry that we did not meet your standards and offered you a free weekend in September or $3000 off next summer. When you threatened to leave a bad review if we did not further discount your stay, it was disappointing to say the least.
