We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RESERVATION: Is confirmed upon receipt of TENANT's signed rental agreement and deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance is due by January 1st.

Beautiful, Private, Peaceful Surroundings
Our family was very happy with how convenient and beautiful Elaine’s home was. The home was updated and clean and the space was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. We loved the back porch to sit out on the patio and being right on the beach and having the private area of sand was perfect for our family, especially with little ones. There are many places locally to walk to within one block you are at a mini golf, playground and ice cream parlor. The host was responsive and very kind in setting everything up for us and checking in to see how everything was. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Beautiful and Immaculate
Wonderful spring break getaway for our family. The home is beautiful, bright, modern and very tastefully furnished. We enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing dunes, ocean view and easy beach access. For the little ones, the park is just a few short blocks to walk. This unit accommodated our family of six adults and 4 children very nicely. The property host, Elaine, is a pleasure and very helpful. We would definitely rent again.

The house is amazing! Steps from beach. Location is quiet. Close to drug and grocery store. Very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms are big. Would recommend!!

Just what I needed!
This vacation is just what I needed! My husband and I loved that the kids could play right in front of condo like our own private beach. Owner met us and answered all our questions regarding the stay. The view from the condo was so peaceful. Ocean views and wildlife on the dunes.
