Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Please feel free to inquire about longer term/seasonal rentals and/or rentals in the off-season.

Family Trip
The location was great. So close to the boardwalk & beach which was exactly what we needed as we had an infant with us & did not want to walk far to stroll the boardwalk or go to the beach. Spacious enough so that we all had our own space & yet could gather in the living/dining room . Other pros: Was so convenient to have a washer&dryer. A full kitchen with dishwasher and a second 1/2 bath. The beds were comfortable for the most part. We appreciated the ease of check in and the attentive response of the owner to our questions before our stay, and even during our stay when the power went out due to circuit breaker issues with the neighboring unit . Some cons: was not aware that the outside shower did not have hot water, have stayed in many beach condos & with 3 woman in our group it is a great help to have that convenience! The outside balcony was wonderful to have but could use a new table as the present one has a lot of rust . The condo has a pack and play ,we didn’t bring ours but should have because the one provided was a much older model & not easy to assemble. Beach chairs that were provided were also older & could use an update. Overall a nice place to stay in ocean city that I would recommend to others.

Thanks so much for your review and feedback, Ingrid! All of your recommendations to improve our place are 100% valid and will be things we address this coming off-season. We bought the home this past spring and unfortunately the hot water tank for the outdoor shower forces the circuit breaker to trip, causing an outage to the entire unit. We will be getting that addressed this off-season so next summer we will have hot water for the outdoor shower. We will also be replacing the table on the patio. So glad to hear overall you enjoyed your stay and we would love to host you again in the future.
Great place! Location is superb
Great place! Location is superb, just 3 houses in from the boardwalk/beach. We did not use our car once. Everything on the boardwalk is easily walkable (or bikeable), as are most restaurants and stores in town. We were a family of 4 staying the last week of August. The space was a good size for us and while we didn’t use the kitchen to cook it seemed well stocked and had what we needed for morning donuts and coffee on the porch.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning an ocean city vacation.

Excellent
The condo was exactly what we were looking for and was extremely convenient. Walking distance to everything and steps from the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of cookware that is high quality. Only downside is some difficulty finding street parking during busy season.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay with family and felt at home in Ocean City! It was our family’s first time to OCNJ. Place was well located close to boardwalk and beach on a quiet street, walkable to restaurants. Place looked as advertised on website.
