Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great place, great location!
We loved staying in Kathy's wonderful beach house! It was perfect for our family of four, with two little ones. Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, and the shops on Asbury. Kathy was great to communicate with ahead of time, and we had one small issue (our fault) on arrival day that she resolved so quickly. This house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach toys, and I would highly recommend it!

Cozy, welcoming, and perfectly located!
The communication and care the owners provide their renters is above & beyond.
This home is cozy and well appointed. Perfect beachy vibe decor which we prefer. Clean, set up well, and nice appliances in the kitchen!
Bedrooms are perfect size and all rooms have great TVs.
This home has the best front porch! We hung out every day on the front porch and enjoyed saying hello to all the people that walked by.
This home is perfectly located! Only 2 blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk is great. But also just a 2 block walk to downtown shops and eateries. We literally parked our car the day we got there and never used our car again until we left! All the years going to OC and renting more expensive places we’ve never had that experience! Everything was truly at our fingertips!
We are truly thankful to the owners for a wonder stay and would recommend this home to anyone!

Great Location and Summer Cozy!
Great location in North OC, and short distance from the beach, boardwalk, park, tennis courts, and beach volleyball! Kathy’s place is cozy and clean. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of summer home. Would definitely stay again!

Great House and Great Location
We are very happy with this house and our stay. The location was great, about 2 blocks from the boardwalk and one block over from Wonderland Pier. There were a lot of beach supplies including over 5 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, and a beach cart. This was very helpful for our beach days. We would highly recommend this house.

OCNJ Beach House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and historic neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated and we appreciated all the amenities and thoughtful details. The owner was wonderful to work with. We are planning to return next year.

Cute place, great location!
Kathy’s place is so cute and the perfect location to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. She provided every amenity needed and really thought of all the little things. It was clean and a comfy place to stay, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

First Time Renting
Perfect location 2 block walk to the beach & boardwalk. The front porch has a Picnic table & lounge sofa that’s gated to keep the little ones safe. The living room & dining area has a large table plenty of room. The kitchen had everything I needed. There’s 3 bedrooms with a bonus sofa sleeper. I could wash our clothes, cook on a grill,beach cart,chairs, boogie boards,umbrella, beach tags, enclosed outside shower. Kathy emailed me right away provided me with her cellphone number super nice. Kathy’s house is beautiful & very clean we loved our stay and will be returning.
