With 3 floors of living space and nearly 2400 sq feet, this beachfront townhouse is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The unit has been renovated/refurnished and boasts vaulted ceilings and amazing ocean views. Located on a quiet beach in the south end between 40th and 41st Streets. Now booking for 2025.
The second floor great room features spectacular views of the ocean, 17’ vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen, and a large dining table seating 8-12 (leaves may be added upon request to seat 12). The sliders open onto a large ocean facing deck with a dining table for 8, an umbrella (not pictured), and a gas grill.
On this floor you will also find three bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The junior primary has a king-sized bed, a newly renovated ensuite bathroom (shower), and access to the ocean facing deck. Next door is a bedroom with queen-sized bed and a slider that opens to the street facing deck. The third bedroom on this floor has twin beds and shares a newly renovated hall bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower.
On the first floor you will find a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, sitting area, and ensuite bathroom (tub/shower). The sliders open to a large, ocean facing deck with rocking chairs and steps down to your private yard with beach access. Next door is a large bedroom with two queen beds and twin XL trundles to sleep up to 6. The hall bathroom on this floor has a shower.
To top it off, you have a semi-private 3rd floor loft with amazing views of the ocean. It can be used as an extra hang out space, additional sleeping (with a queen-sized sleep sofa), or a quiet workspace. The loft has its own mini split air conditioning unit to keep it cool.
The property has a 2-car garage and 2 parking spaces. The backyard and beach may also be accessed through the garage.
We provide beach gear such beach chairs (8), a beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. When you return from the beach, you can play ping pong or cornhole in the backyard.
The family room, loft, and all bedrooms have TVs with YouTube TV for live TV.
Concierge services such as grocery and linen delivery may be provided upon request (at an additional cost). We can even provide a Christmas tree if you want to spend Christmas at the shore.
Changeovers on Saturdays during from May through mid-October. Owner will consider weekend and partial week rentals for $500/night (2 night minimum) plus a $500 changeover fee only in late October through April, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter weeks (unless available 90 days out).

Layout is ideal for a multi-family, beachfront vacation. The family room/dining room/kitchen are located on the 2nd floor so the property is not suited towards those who can't manage stairs.

Perfection in beach form
The house was perfect for 12 people to stay comfortably for a week. It was clean and well maintained, with the amenities we needed for family ranging from 4-82. The beds were very comfortable too. We would go back in a minute. It was a great week at the shore. Jillian was easy to work with and communicated promptly to my questions. Thank you!
