The second floor great room features spectacular views of the ocean, 17’ vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen, and a large dining table seating 8-12. The sliders open onto a large ocean facing deck with a dining table for 8 and a gas grill.
On this floor you will also find three bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The junior primary has a king-sized bed, a newly renovated ensuite bathroom (shower), and access to the ocean facing deck. Next door is a bedroom with queen-sized bed and a slider that opens to the street facing deck. The third bedroom on this floor has twin beds and shares a newly renovated hall bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower.
On the first floor you will find a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, sitting area, and ensuite bathroom (tub/shower). The sliders open to a large, ocean facing deck with rocking chairs and steps down to your private yard with beach access. Next door is a large bedroom with two queen beds and twin XL trundles to sleep up to 6. The hall bathroom on this floor has a shower.
To top it off, you have a semi-private 3rd floor loft with amazing views of the ocean. It can be used as an extra hang out space, additional sleeping (with a queen-sized sleep sofa), or a quiet workspace. We have just installed a mini split air conditioning unit on this floor to keep it cool.
The property has a 2-car garage and 2 parking spaces. The backyard and beach may also be accessed through the garage.
We provide beach gear such beach chairs (8), a beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. When you return from the beach, you can play ping pong or cornhole in the backyard.
The family room, loft, and all bedrooms have TVs with YouTube TV for network/cable stations.
Changeovers on Saturdays during from May through September. Owner will consider partial week rentals for $900/night (2 night minimum) in October through April.
