Policies
Initial Deposit Amount: 50% plus signed lease to hold the dates. Balances due 30 days prior to your stay. For reservations made within 30 days of your check-in date, payment must be collected in full at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Family Vacation
Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at Jen’s place. The two kids in our group (9 and 5) loved the toy room and the adults enjoyed hanging in the well-equipped kitchen. Parking was easy and it was a great location for going to the beach and boardwalks. We can’t wait to return next year!

What a wonderful week! The location was perfect - on a quiet street and close enough to all the activities we were interested in. The house was well equipped and child friendly. Family Friendly
Great flow to the house and plenty of room for people to sleep. Fenced front yard was perfect for keeping children contained. Quiet neighbourhood and great location for casual bike riding….morning coffee on the front porch a must!

Great house, great location
The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of room to be comfortable. The location was close to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Stayed with kids
great spot and a short walk to the beach. really clean and spacious but most of all, hosts were awesome. I ended up leaving some of my good pots and pans we had brought with us (side note: great kitchen for cooking!!) and Jen was really helpful in getting my stuff back.
we had 6 kids with us and didn't feel cramped at all. the extra little playroom was super clutch.
all around amazing time. will definitely be hitting them up again next time we get together in OC

Awesome house & location in OCNJ
Great house with great location. Conveniently located nearby to beach, Boardwalk, water sport activities, grocery and convenience stores, and several local restaurants. Proximity to beach and the property’s yard were key selling points on the property. Our family (several adults, several kids) enjoyed the house itself and its ease of access to local entertainment and activities. House was clean, amply supplied, and true to its online posting. Owner was proactive and helpful in communication prior to and during trip/stay.

Group trip
This was a perfect home for our large family for our beach vacation in beautiful Ocean City NJ. We were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc, even oils and spices. Proximity to the beach was great. Many fantistic memories were created! We did not have young children, but if you do, this home is ready for them as well.

Stayed with kids
We booked 2125 Haven as a kind of family event around some important birthdays. We had four generations there: older folk, kids, young adults looking to explore everything. And every single person had a wonderful time. You never felt crowded in. We also had a couple of rain out days, but they didn't keep us from having a nice time. The WiFi was powerful enough to keep every plugged in, the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. Sometimes you rent a house, or a property, and sometimes you rent a HOME. This is a home.

Fantastic Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home in OCNJ in August 2022. Everything about our stay was pretty much perfect. The fenced front porch and front yard were really incredible features of this house, especially for our family who had 3 kids under the age of 4 staying with us on this trip. It's not something you will find very easily in OCNJ. Could not have asked for a better space inside - large family table, very open, plenty of rooms for a big group. Very reasonable rules and easy check-in/check-out procedures. The location is also a great one - a few block walk to the beach at the south end of the boardwalk, which is a quieter stretch of the beach in OCNJ, but you are still very close to the section of the boardwalk with amusements, shops, and restaurants. If you're looking for a great property to stay at in OCNJ, look no further. You'll have a great time.
