This condo was awesome, exactly what we were looking for! Incredible beachfront location, just a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, boardwalk and bridge. It was clean and was more spacious than I expected, set up well for multiple couples/families. The beach itself was amazing as well - not too crowded, and tide pools formed at low tide, perfect for kids to splash around in and search for hermit crabs. We had a fantastic week!

After a less than satisfactory experience with another beachfront property a year ago, we decided to rent this first floor unit along the Gold Coast on Wesley. We ended up extremely pleased with our decision as this four bedroom property easily and comfortably accommodated the six of us and a couple who visited us mid-week. It was clean, comfortable and incredibly well suited to our needs. I would highly recommend this property and hope to rent it again if it’s available when we come back next year.

We loved the easy access to the beach and quiet section of OCNJ, yet the boardwalk was only a few short blocks away. My senior citizen parents could easily walk on and off the beach through the short path through the dunes behind the condo. Also, my husband and I could bike ride the boardwalk every morning. This was our first stay in Ocean City and we just loved this beach town that was so clean, quaint and biker/pedestrian friendly! It was a wonderful family vacation.

You cannot get a better location in Ocean City! The unit walks out onto the beautiful, clean, lifeguarded and not over-crowded beach. Just four blocks from the start of the boardwalk which means super convenient for bike rides and walks but avoiding the heavy boardwalk traffic. The porch was our favorite spot to hang out and listen to the waves and watch the thunderstorm. You can’t see the ocean because of the dunes, but it was amazing anyway. Owner was responsive and helpful. Wonderful week!!

We really enjoyed our stay on the Gold coast-what a treat. We were fortunate enough to have amazing weather and just could not stay off the beautiful beach day and night. It is like having your own private beach. We haven't vacationed in Ocean City before but we will be making it one of our new traditions. Maureen was wonderful to work with. Lovely time had by all!

We’ve rented two years in a row now because this property is amazing! Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kids in my family. The house is clean with all the the essentials including AC, washer/dryer and WiFi! There is also plenty of parking!!
Location is ideal for getting to the beach with small children (mine are ages 5 and 3). Badges are included for the beach as well as some chairs and umbrella!
We love this property and plan on coming back again in 2019!!

Our family spent hours day and night on the beach just over the grassy dunes. We loved the safe, guarded, uncrowded beaches and beautiful, pristine Gold Coast neighborhood. Close to playgrounds, the boardwalk, local restaurants, the grocery store, and the shell museum, but far enough away to feel like a private beach. We enjoyed road biking, golfing, and jogging in the area. Watching the sunrise each morning and watching the moon shine on the water from the front porch, the dunes or the beach, was a photographer’s dream. Inside, we spent time in the opened common area of the dining and living room, plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 grandchildren, age 1 and 3. The kitchen was well stocked , and 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. The owner is terrific, answers questions, makes suggestions. Great find for an amazing week!

We loved our stay at OCNJ. I preferred to be away from the boardwalk so this was an ideal location. Beach was a short walk which made it easy to manage with two small children (4 and 2). Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Good restaurants close by and grocery store isn't far.
