Welcome to our beautiful 3BR, 2BA condo – your perfect beach oasis! All rooms located on the ground level with just a few steps to the front door. Our property is perfect for guests that have difficulty navigating stairs. Additionally, we are only steps away from a jitney shuttle that continuously loops from 55th street all the way to north street. Our Southend unit is spacious, featuring an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and beautiful hardwood floors. The property includes a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 queen bedroom, 1 king master suite, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the main living room. Enjoy the covered porch, outside shower, and driveway parking spot, and take advantage of our close proximity to the beach, which is only 3 blocks away, and the 52nd street playground, which is only 1 block away. To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning/linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. To reserve your week, simply provide us with the following information so we can email you the short-term rental agreement: the name(s) you want on the rental agreement, a copy of an individual's driver's license, home address, home and cell phone number, and a list of all occupants and their ages who will be staying at the beach house. Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and pet-free, and absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals are allowed. However, we would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home, which includes full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, as well as 6 beach tags! Great place for family!
We stayed here with 7 people, and it was perfect for us! We had enough space, and it was far enough from the busy boardwalk area to relax, but a short drive to enjoy it. The owners were very attentive, and checked on us periodically. The linens being provided was an added luxury, so we didn't have to pack that. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in OC.

Lovely spot with GREAT hosts
I love this lovely spot! Though my group and I came in the chilly spring,we still were able to enjoy the beach within walking distance.The beds and living space were divine,comfortable and lived up to our expectations of the house.There was little notes that gave helpful details and on call maintenance for any issues.With such responsive and respectful hosts,we felt no worries with any hitches and enjoyed our short stay blissfully!
And so much so that we plan to book again for a longer summer trip!

Fantastic Spot by the Shore!
We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and it was perfect. It's a beautiful space and very close to the beach. Perfect for any season to go and relax. We loved every second at this property and can't wait to stay here again. The check-in/check-out processes were seamless as well. It was wonderful!

Perfect ocean city retreat
We had a wonderful time staying in Ocean City! This was my first experience staying on the south end of the island and it was the perfect quiet location. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a perfect mini vacation. The owners were super communicative about a slight issue that happened prior to our stay and had it fixed immediately without any disruption to our vacation. There was plenty of room for our multiple pack n plays and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We will definitely be back!

Not what it seems
Please be advised that this company does not do a adequate job of cleaning the units. We had not rented for at least 10 years and did not complain because we only reserved a few weeks before our arrival so we figured it was the best we could get for last minute booking. But realized at the end of the week we should have made nite and complained about issues when realtor tried to charge us for 2 completely collapsed couches which are still the same couches shown in these photos. Two 60+ adults stayed 6 days, a 93 yr old and a 65 yr old were there 3 days and 3 30 yr olds were there 3 days. No children. One day we were gone all day to AC. The outdoor shower floor was moldy. Windows and screens were filthy. Grateful the a/c worked so we didn't need to open windows. Chairs in kitchen were sticky. Horrible pots and pans and all dishware were all odds and ends. Glad we brought paper plates. We used the crockpot once. Worked great and they said we broke it. They also blamed us for 2 fridge drawers that were broken. We didn't recall seeing them broken or having done so. Ants on counters in kitchen. Floors needed a good cleaning. Maids just vacuum walking areas and not around or near furniture. Seagrass carpet in LR was all pulled and tattered. Mattresses very thin on bunks are only for small children who don't mind. I would imagine they will try to get payment for the sofas from any sucker who doesn't push back on them. Overall, I think you would be better off with a more well known realtor. They are not professionals in this business. They removed my review once already so it proves my point.

We made every effort to resolve these issues amicably. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when an unreasonable demand for financial compensation in exchange for a positive review was made, which we could not comply with.
