A Slice of Haven is not like any other rental. This is your home away from home. Located in the South end of OCNJ just 3 short blocks to the beach or bay to see the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to ice cream, supermarket and playground. Quiet street steps away from beautiful bike path. Once inside you will feel relaxed and comfortable ready to enjoy vacation. The condo is an open space with a fully furnished kitchen and dining table to fit many. The kitchen opens up to a large living room with flat screen smart tv, internet and cable access. The large porch is the highlight of this home where most spend their time with family enjoying morning coffee, snacks or drinks after a day at the beach.

Security deposit

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property. caused by you or your party during your stay. Renters are required to purchase RDP insurance $79/$3000 worth of damage protection. You will also be charged a refundable $500 security deposit which will be returned in full if property is left in condition it was rented. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of leaving property.

A cancellation can only be done by renter in writing. If renter cancels the reservation 60 days prior to check - in 100% of refund will be issued. If cancellation is made after 60-day check-in, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If property is re-rented renter will receive 100% refund. No refunds will be made in unable to re rent.

Spacious & comfortable house!

My family and I had a great time at the rental from
8/12-8/19!! It was so spacious and comfortable for a big family. We had at least 8 people and 2 children, it and felt like plenty of room! Such nice hospitality we received. Beach tags were included. The beach was about 3-4 blocks away. Ocean city’s blocks are short though so it wasn’t too bad! Would definitely recommend!!
