No smoking permitted inside the unit.
No Pets Permitted means the tenant is not permitted to bring pets.
Tenants should adhere to Ocean City, NJ sound ordinances.
Some linens provided but renters are encouraged to bring their own linens and towels to ensure all their personal needs are met.
Smart TVS are available but there is no cable. Feel free to log-into your own streaming services.

RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of signing the lease. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property. If the unit is not rented, RENTER will receive a 50% refund.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
