This listing is for two separate units combined to function as one huge home on a beautiful, tree-lined residential street :) both units have been fully updated with new paint, floors and decor for 2024!

Welcome to 943/945 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean City, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction property features two separate units that easily convert to one huge family home.
In each of the two sister units there are four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two full bathrooms, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV with surround sound. The units are nearly identical (like joining rooms at a hotel only way better and totally private!) You can close and lock the connecting door or keep it open for expanded family fun.
When combined, there are eight bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two primary suites, four baths, a large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound (on each level!) plus an awesome rooftop deck.
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.
Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as there is plenty.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Labor Day Weekend
We had an amazing time at this property over Labor Day Weekend. Everything was as described. Check in was super easy. we had enough room to park all 6 cars on the driveway and never had to move as the home is walking distance to everything in the center of OC.

2nd time in OC
We stayed in this home last year and loved it. This year we loved it even more because the owners updated the entire place. I was suprised to see how nice they made it. It was 5 STARS last year and 5 STARS this year. we will absolutely be back. The hosts are a wonderful family that lives in Ocean CIty and can answer all of your questions very quickly. We had 1 little issue that was not anyone's fault but the owners took care of it right away even though they did not need to .

Ocean City trip
This was our families first time in Ocean City and def will not be our last . Very family forward town. No bars or liquor stores. No BYOB at dinners. The crowds were very family like which was wonderful because we had all of our grandkids. We will be back. This home was beautiful and very well organized and very clean. My entire family loved it. My son wanted to buy it but its not for sale. Thanks Jody for a great stay

What a house? 8 of us shared the 2 units and had such a great time. We could have had so many more but it was an 8 person friends trip . We will def be back with the full family next time . The hosts were very accommodating to us andhelped us out a few times with great recs
