Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful
Very, very clean property! Very well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc are all included. Push button codes for garage and door, so no keys to carry (or lose). Front deck furniture is soooo comfortable and the automatic awning makes the deck useable in the afternoon sun. Beds are super comfortable. AC and fans make all rooms very comfy. Notes and signs inside make things much easier to navigate. OC overview book would be very helpful to OC newcomers. Thank you for having such a wonderful place. Have had many rentals over the years and you can tell owners who care about their guests and not just their check clearing and this is one of those rentals that truly cares!! Thank you!!

Great Place and Location
Renee and Eric thought of everything. The garage was outfitted with beach chairs, toys and buckets for our kids, umbrellas and beach tags! The inside was comfortable with 3 bedrooms and bunk beds for kids. The outside decks were also very nice, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is only 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend for 1 large or 2 small families. We had 4 adults and 3 kids.

Great location and amenities!
We loved this property! Our family of four likes to stay right around 9th-12th street, and this checked all of the boxes for us. Off-street parking, a garage FULL of awesome beach equipment (backpack chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, toys, beach tags) all included! Clean, comfortable, and well decorated with so much memorabilia and photos from around Ocean City. Great family board games in the living room! A lot of thought has gone into this property, and it shows! Owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean...just like home!
Eric and Renee's condo was comfortable, clean and perfectly located for our family of 3 kids and 3 adults. We felt relaxed, safe and were well taken care of with all the amenities and then some (no need to bring beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, cart or anything...it was all included). I would give this condo 10+ stars if we could! Thank you again, we had a great week!

Perfect family location
We loved this condo! Family of 6 adults- spacious! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were a nice size! The kitchen had everything we needed! AC Worked great! Very clean and nice deck with comfortable furniture! Use of garage for our bikes was a plus! Owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with!
