Policies
No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period. The primary renter must be a resident of the United States.
CANCELLATION: TENANT may only cancel reservation in writing. If TENANT cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, TENANT will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 10% service fee to re-list and re-book the property.
Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged along with reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the TENANT’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RESERVATION: Is confirmed upon receipt of TENANT's signed rental agreement and deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance is due by January 1st.
Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo or Check.

Spacious, Sunny and Beautiful
We had a wonderful stay at Elaine’s house! The house was decorated beautifully. The sun lit up the beautiful spacious kitchen & family room & we truly felt like we were at home! (We have the same taste in decorating) The weather could have been better, but it was relaxing & enjoyable! We will definitely book again soon!

Fabulous Five-Star Experience
Highly recommend this beautiful beach house! It was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Soooo close to the beach, we loved listening to the ocean and the amazing views from the rooftop deck! Our family had plenty of space to spread out and cannot wait to come back!
