A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Absolutely beautiful house
I loved the location of the house. Walking distance to everything. Yet still maintains quiet relax surrounding. House is fully stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation! Views from back decks are relaxing and listening to waves from the beach with windows open on cool evening is priceless.

A great town!
We decided to run to Ocean City to enjoy some time away after all the hustle and bustle of the holiday. We can't wait to return this Summer! it was steps away from the beach and the town was a blast. We thought we were ready for Summer before this trip and now we are REALLY counting down the days!

Best vacation ever!
There is nothing about this vacation rental that I can say was anything less than I expected - in fact everything exceeded what I had hoped for.
We have already booked it for next season so that we have it.
We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for an awesome location with great amenities. Its literally off of the Boardwalk and close to everything.

Great Location!
We rented this condo during the week of August 21st and couldn't have been happier with it! It was only the 3rd house from the beach and boardwalk so we could walk to everything! It was so convenient to Wonderland - we walked there every night! The house was beautiful inside - great kitchen and beautiful furnishings all around. We would definitely stay there again!

GREAT WEEK HAD BY ALL!!
We had a great week in OC.....with beautiful weather, 4th of July fireworks, and plenty of boardwalk "treats"...The condo was fantastic....spacious, clean and CONVENIENT to all we wanted to do...no need for a car!....We had 3 generations with us and the elevator was a big help for my mom and my father-in-law, neither of whom get around quite as quick as before...Well-appointed thru-out, and well-cared for...felt like home!
