2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ground floor apartment on the beach block Apt has front porch, washer and dryer, air conditioning, wifi, two tv's, full kitchen, beach tags, two adult bikes, beach chairs and a beach cart. Queen size bed in front bedroom and bunk beds in other. Small but cute for a small family. The boardwalk amusement area is 2 blocks away and the downtown shopping district is very close as well. Ocean City is America's Family Resort with much to offer for all age groups. You should be aware that the bedroom with the bunk beds is small and a pass through to the two bathrooms. Also, the ceilings are low so if you are 6’2 or over, you may be uncomfortable

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Location was the key..1 block to beach & boardwalk..hosts, Bill & Carol were very accommodating.
My time on the front porch was my favorite… close to park for walks with my dog Molli.. and the weather totally cooperating made it perfect

An Easy Breezy Stay!
First Carol and her family where such great hosts! They can provide you with everything you need for a no fuss week at the beach! The location was excellent, it's a short walk to the beach and the boards, and just a half block from one of the best ice cream shops and coffee shops on the North End! We loved hanging out on the big front porch, relaxing and chatting with other beach goers as they walked by! It was a great value - especially for the family who likes to be outside and close to all that the shore has to offer!

Adorable
The place was adorable. Here were the pluses:
* Carol saved us a spot when we got there, right out front.
* Location - if small family, it's perfect. Wonderland is about a 10 minute walk. The boardwalk/beach is 7 minutes from house.
* Ice cream shop is 1 block away. If it's too crowded, you can bring it back and sit on the porch because the house is so close.
* Bennies Bread was 1 1/2 blocks away. They had great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Oves Restaurant was on 4th street as well.. on the boardwalk. Unreal cider donuts and the best crabcake sandwich I've ever had... even during the coronavirus, we could sit outside and eat.
* The porch was perfect. If it had rained, we could have still enjoyed our stay because of it.
* The house had 2 bathrooms. Perfect because we had a teenage daughter (enough said).
* There was a washer and dryer (a lifesaver)
* There were even 2 refrigerators in the house.
The disadvantages: Ok, this is coming from an overweight menopausal woman so that being said... it was a bit warm in the bedrooms. We moved an extra fan into the bedroom with the queen and that worked much better. I would suggest you bring a couple little fans for the bedrooms to keep it a little cooler. Other than that, this place was perfect for the 3 of us.
As far as the short ceilings go, we didn't even notice it. We're all 5' 7" and under so it wasn't an issue at all.

Great Stay in Ocean City
We had a great stay in Ocean City. Very close to the boardwalk (5 min walk) and very nice neighborhood with walking distance to coffee, breakfast and stores.

Excellent Owner Unique Property
Booking with Carol was a breeze. Before confirming, she reached out to discuss the low ceilings and unique layout of the property which was much appreciated. Location was great for my family. You are only two blocks from Wonderland Pier and the beach. Carol saved us a street parking spot the day of check in and welcomed us to her property. Having access to an outdoor shower, beach cart, and beach tags was a plus. The large covered porch was also very nice. Even though it rained two days during our stay, we were still able to enjoy time outside. The property does have a dehumidifier that needs to be emptied several times a day. There is air conditioning via a window unit in the kitchen, but is does not thoroughly cool the bedrooms (especially the front queen bedroom). The Wifi was also unreliable. Carol does provide two adult bikes and beach chairs, but they are older. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus, as was having a fully functional kitchen. Overall, Carol was great to work with and we would consider booking with her again.

Cozy and comfortable near the ocean
Had everything that we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Its proximity to the beach and seafood restaurants added to the pleasant experience. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, particularly in the evening, to enjoy the salt air and passers-by. Our dog Red Blitzen also enjoyed the experience. Would recommend this to anyone traveling with a dog. If we return to Ocean City, we would definitely consider staying here again.
