Description
Bright and clean RARE single family home located in the boardwalk district. Close to the playground and the Asbury Avenue shops. Two minute walk to the Acme grocery store.
Relax on the large front porch or retire to the fenced in rear yard for family fun and games and enjoy our large picnic table with built in beverage bins to ice down your drinks.
Comfortably sleeps 10 with a primary suite containing a King bed and a Twin/Twin trundle bed, and second and third bedrooms have Queen beds. In addition there is a pull out sofa in the large living room.
The living room also has a large table for playing games, doing puzzles, or for extra dining space.
Free xfinity wifi with a Flex streaming box in the master bedroom. The living room has a 65” smart tv, and Roku on the queen bedroom tvs upstairs for you to stream your favorite apps!
There are 2 full Bathrooms upstairs and a half Bath and laundry room on the first level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Kuerig, regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave and lots of cookware.
The beds will be furnished with blankets and pillows; however, linens and towels are not provided.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and rental damage protection fee will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Amazing property
My family and I had a great opportunity to stay at this home for a month. There was always a delightful breeze on front porch. The fenced in back yard was equipped with a large wooden table with numerous chairs, and umbrella and assorted outdoor games for our enjoyment. This area when not in use could be used to park a vehicle. The house was very clean and the kitchen was spacious enough to handle to cooks if necessary. The living room area had comfortable couches, a large TV screen with surround sound and numerous assorted games. There is a large bathroom off of the kitchen area with state of the art washer and dryer. The second floor had a hall bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom had a king size bed, TV, and a trundle bed as well, very roomy. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well decorated, both having TV's. What a magical paradise! Thanks Lisa, great host.

Beautiful OCNJ rental home
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this house for a week.
I live in Texas and my husband found the rental for us online. The home was lovely - very family friendly.
The kitchen was equipped with everything/anything you will need during your stay. We opted for the linen rental and OMG the towels were plush - the sheets were super soft- everything in the ENTIRE house was so clean - we had access to chairs and a wagon for our daily beach trips - We plan on renting this house again next year!!!

Great house. Great location.
Loved the home. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lots of puzzles and games. We definitely enjoyed the stay. Short walks to shopping, the boardwalk, and the beach. Lisa was very responsive. We’ll be back. Only thing I would request is a grill in the back yard.

This was a perfect location for out of state family to have a little extra space for the holiday. We were a block and a half from our NJ family. Loved walking back and forth between the two houses. It’s very close to Asbury for shopping and restaurants and not too far to the boardwalk. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay immensely.
