If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. Beautiful spot on the bay in OCNJ
Beautiful spot on the bay in OCNJ. We had high hopes from the photos but the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Such a warm and welcoming home with comfortable furniture, an amazing kitchen and dining, beautiful bathrooms and spectacular outdoor spaces. The host reached out early and was an excellent communicator. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Lovely!
We had a lovely albeit too short stay at Jim’s place. The location was great, and we liked that it was a little quieter than the ocean side. Views of the waterway were excellent. It was very quiet for us. It is a first floor rental, as described, so there are neighbors upstairs but they were not there when we visited so can’t say how that would impact noise level. The house has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were great. It was only 3 of us, and definitely large, but I think even with a family or six you would feel like you have tons of space to spread out. Again, the deck and yard were great and we enjoyed sitting on the covered patio during a few quick rain storms. Thanks Jim, we would look into renting this house again when we visit our family in OCNJ.

Extra-Ordinary!
Our stay in Ocean City was extraordinary! The house was beautiful and the view from the deck was stunning. My kids had so much fun crabbing in the bay and we had some incredible meals on deck overlooking the bay. There is a great seafood market just a few blocks away with fresh local caught scallops, fish and clams. Will stay at Jim’s place again!!
