Top floor condo located at 867 Third St in the North End of Ocean City NJ.
Beautiful home on a quiet street in OCNJ! Our home is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk attractions! The Kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances. Amenities include a large smart TV with WiFi, DVD player, and classic board games.
The bedrooms comfortably sleep eight:
- The master suite has a king size bed, with own bathroom.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
- The 3rd bedroom has a full size/twin size bunk bed with 2nd twin as a trundle.
- Queen size air mattress in condo for additional sleeping options.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with stall shower and one with tub shower, an additional shower is located on the ground floor, and a hose is locating in the garage to wash feet off after the beach.
There is a large covered balcony, with views of the ocean.
For the beach we provide beach tags, buggy, and kids toys.
Bikes included!
Two car garage with private access to stairs for easy unloading of car.
Our rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday with a 10:00 AM checkout and a 2:00 PM check in.
First Street Lifeguard headquarters, North street playground, restaurants, delis, arcades, Music Pier, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, Volleyball courts, Basketball courts, Olympic sized running track, recreation programs, concerts, miniature golf, Pops Orchestra, motels, hotels, bed & breakfasts, Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Adventure Waterpark, Manco & Manco Pizza, funnel cakes, Johnson’s Popcorn, saltwater taffy, Ocean City High School, soccer field, football field, Civic Center, Tabernacle, 5th Street Bayside Center, US Life Saving Station, Sailing lessons, churches, 5th Street Fire/ Rescue Headquarters, 9th Street marina. Policies
No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period.
CANCELLATION: TENANT can only cancel reservation in writing. If TENANT cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, TENANT will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and re-book the property.
Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged along with reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the TENANT’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
RESERVATION: TENANT must sign and return the rental agreement with the deposit within 7 days to hold the date or the reservation will be canceled. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days. The remaining 50% of the rent rate, $79 damage insurance, and cleaning fee (if less than 7 night stay) will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Great location!
We had a lovely week in this home. The beaches are less crowded in this area and the house was easily walkable for our kids. The house was clean, organized and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent from Mike and Marian again!
