Bedroom 2 – Large rear bedroom with two single beds, and double windows looking onto back deck.
Bedroom 3 – Large room with two single beds, plus new Queen size extra tall air mattress in closet. Sleeps 3-4.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Family Time
We spent a week of family time at this lovely home in OC in July’22 and I must say the accommodations could not have been better. This home is comfortable and spacious, very clean and modern and has everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. We are really looking forward to another great summer week at this perfect summer getaway.
