Spacious 4-bedroom, 2nd floor condo, situated on a quiet residential street in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, our home is 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Open, airy spaces greet you as you open the door to a large family room with Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and family dining space that accommodates 10+ people. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, 1 with two twin over twin bunkbeds that will sleep 4 and the final bedroom has 2 twins. There are Smart TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Free WiFi available. Great closet space, outside storage, plus 3 parking spots in the driveway. The condo includes all new kitchen appliances, new vinyl wood plank flooring, new carpeting, and an awnings on the deck for summer dinners on the deck.

Great stay
We had a great stay here. Fully stocked new kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Close walk to some of our favorite places. Owners are super nice and very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend staying!

Perfect property! Perfect location! Great family memories!
My family and I spent our 2023 vacation at this property, and it was one of our best ever! The house is absolutely beautiful, it is plenty of space for everyone, the owners are great and it literally could not be a better location! What I loved the most is, the teenagers could ride their bikes everywhere and make summer memories like they should. It's very safe and there is plenty to do. Great shops, restaurants, coffee houses and plenty of ice cream all within walking distance! The beach is just two short blocks away but the best part is, its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, which makes it super peaceful and quiet but just close enough so the kids can have a blast! Would definitely want to rent here again and 100% recommend!!

Fantastic extended weekend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Columbus day weekend. Super clean, convenient location and the home had plenty of room for the 8 of us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful and perfect location
We spent a great week in this beautiful 2nd floor apartment. Super clean with new appliances and well-stocked kitchen. Great front deck with awning and outdoor furniture. Short walk to boardwalk and lifeguarded beach. Would definitely stay here again!

1828 Asbury Ave Ocean City, NJ
We loved this house! Everything was new inside and very tastefully decorated with the beach theme. Nice open kitchen/living room area and 4 spacious rooms. The location was also ideal we were able to walk to all the shops on Asbury and it was nice and quiet. I would rent this same unit next time I visit!

Super clean, fully renovated. Very comfortable and spacious 2nd floor. 18th st has a great beach and walkable to the action on the boards.
