Security Deposit: OWNER will hold this money in a non-interesting bearing checking account. This deposit shall be used to defray the cost of any damages done to the premises including all furnishings and equipment. The TENANT shall also be responsible to leave the premises in a clean and orderly condition. The OWNER has (14) days from the date of expiration to return the security to the TENANT, less any charges made under this lease in the form of a statement itemizing any deductions or charges. Once the TENANT has vacated at the termination of this lease, if the premises warrants additional cleaning, such costs will be deducted from the security deposit
