The additional 3 guest bedrooms (1 twin/twin bunk, 1 twin/full bunk, and 1 queen bed) share a full bath. Policies
A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of signing the lease. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

The perfect beach house!
If I had to put it in one sentence - the place is perfect and the hosts are amazing! We look forward to hopefully returning next year. Alysa’s place is recently renovated, extra extra clean (which I LOVE!), well located and well set up, they’ve thought of every detail that makes a comfortable stay for any family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze and Alysa emailed easy instructions for both. The beach is just a couple blocks away. A beach cart is provided but mostly we didn’t even need it. There are also boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, and other things anyone might need. The kitchen is stocked with nice quality cook wear and dish wear for any cooking needs. Parking is easy and plenty. Washer and drier and new and efficient, and we loved the clothes line outside to air things out. We also enjoyed the front porch for sitting outside. We had such a wonderful week!

Perfect Mother’s Day vacation
It was the perfect place to have several
Family members stay. My husband, son and I stayed upstairs while my parents, nephew and sister stayed downstairs.
Loved the cozy at home feel of the upstairs apartment and the outdoor balcony set up is amazing up there too with a BBQ grill.
The downstairs was perfect for the rainy days to all get together and have a wonderful meal indoors without feeling crowded with a lot of people. It’s really set up well.
The decor in both places makes you feel like you are at home. The kitchens were fully stocked with everything you needed. They also had everything we needed for the beach: chairs, buckets, umbrella and wagon.
Alysa and Brad were wonderful hosts and answered all of my questions promptly. It was the perfect set up for our family for our Mother’s Day celebration together. Thank you Alysa and Brad for making this an extra special time for our family we truly enjoyed your places!!
