Description
As the saying goes, “LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION”. Your dream beach condo has ocean and beach views (the beach is only 4 houses away!) (LOCATION), is only a 5 minute walk from the heart of the Boardwalk (LOCATION), and has stores and restaurants only a block away (LOCATION)! Your days will be filled with biking on the boards, shopping, beachcombing, dining, rides, and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. The perfect recipe for a perfect vacation.
This 2-story, recently renovated condominium, is located in the North End (the best part of Ocean City) between 3rd and 4th streets. We are on the third floor (two flights of stairs) above the street noise and with beautiful views. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2½ baths and comfortably sleeps 7. There are ocean/beach views from every room. Imagine waking up and seeing the sun glistening off the ocean from your bedroom! The bedrooms are located on the second level (each with its own full bathroom), so early risers will not disturb the late sleepers. There is 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, and 1 single bed.
WiFi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Wonderland is close enough to walk to with the children, but far enough away so that you can sit on one of the balconies and enjoy the quiet, except for the relaxing sound of the ocean of course. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun.
Condo layout:
* MAIN FLOOR - Living Room with a 42” cable HDTV and Blu-ray Player, ½ Bath, Dining Room, Eat-in Kitchen, Powder Room, Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, and balcony.
* 2nd FLOOR - Master Bedroom with king size bed and flat screen cable TV, closet, and full bath, with a separate outside entrance and wonderful ocean and boardwalk views from the table and chairs on its balcony. Second Bedroom has two queen size beds, flat screen 32” cable TV, closet, and large adjacent full bath.
Your condo comes with 2 Dedicated Off-Street parking spots (PRICELESS!) and the following amenities:

*We ask you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room; 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin (cot) and also your own bath & beach towels. Towels and linens can be provided with pre-arrangement and at an additional fee from local concierge businesses. Ask us for details.
No smoking and no pets please. Rentals are to mature adults over twenty-four (24) only. No proms or graduation groups.

Perfect Beach Rental
We loved our stay. The condo was well-stocked by the owners and previous tenants, and renting linens is a plus. The walk to the beach and the beach views were beautiful. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful, clean, and family-friendly location
We had a great week! The location is fantastic, quiet, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean. We were close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy when we chose, but just far enough to be away from the noise for peaceful evenings. Bob was very helpful and friendly with our questions. Thanks!

Perfect location!
The condo was adorable! Modern beach decor with very comfortable furniture and beds. Owners did a really nice job in communications and providing amenities like beach tags, cleaning supplies and storage for beach gear. We had a really great week- so close to quiet end of boardwalk and nice beach while still close to restaurants/ice cream stands, etc. highly recommend!
