Description
Newly renovated in 2021 & updates in 2022-2023 (flooring & carpet)!! Added new deck furniture and décor in 2023-24. Great location!! Three bed, two bath condo only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk located on a quiet street, steps away to restaurants and shops. Just park and never move your car.
Most rentals are weekly only, Saturday to Saturday. NO security deposit, $79 insurance fee only.
Recent upgrades include: remodeled living room, updated hardwood/carpets throughout, both bathrooms remodeled/updated, new mattresses/frames in all bedrooms, new interior paint and decor throughout. Brand new smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., wireless internet provided. Brand new ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Private driveway and garage that can accommodate two cars easily. Terraces off of the two king bedrooms. Private inside ground level shower cabana for rinsing off after the beach. Covered, child friendly gated porch with ceiling fan, patio table and chairs, as well as additional seating.

This is a family rental, NO high school students, NO college rentals, NO proms or senior week allowed! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Failure to comply with any of these stipulations will results in immediate termination of contract and/or subject to additional fees.
While we love animals, we do not allow pets in our home!

Policies
Failure to comply with any of these stipulations will result in immediate termination of contract and/or subject to additional fees.
As is standard for Ocean City, guests provide their own linens/sheets, towels, paper products, toiletries, laundry/dish detergent, personal items, etc. Please bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels as well. Owner provides pillows and comforters (as seen in photos). We provide four beach tags. There is a cost of $40 to replace any lost/non-returned beach tag (that's the cost of the tag), plus a $25 service fee. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware, utensils, pots/pans, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, etc. Any item used from the property is under the honor system, if you lose or break something please replace with a comparable item before the end of your stay for the next guests to enjoy!
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be in writing (email) and will receive a full refund minus a $100 service fee if received 60 days prior to the check-in date. If the cancellation occurs 59-30 days prior to arrival, the owner will make a good faith effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked at the same rate, the renter will receive a full refund less a 10% service fee. If the property is rebooked at a lower rate, the difference plus a 10% service fee will be due from the renter. If the property is not rebooked, the renter will lose the initial down payment of 50%. For cancellations made 29 days or less before the check-in date, the owner retains 50% of the initial down payment with no refunds.
In the event of a death or multiple severe sicknesses to family/friends prior to arrival, we require validation of the said events. No refunds will be provided for inclement weather, including but not limited to hurricanes, or for other events beyond the control of the owner.

Great rental
This was the perfect location for our week visit to OCNJ! With 2 couples and 3 kids total we were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants on Asbury! Offering a beach wagon, chairs, and stroller helped cut back on some packing which was great!! The hosts responds quickly to any questions you may have which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Space!
Dane’s place was perfect for a weekend down the shore. It is close to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was updated and very clean. We would stay again!

September in OC
OC holds a special place in our hearts and it's always a plus when the rental is just as perfect as the town. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need for your stay and is at a great location with on-site parking. The owners respond quickly to any concerns or questions you might have. We absolutely loved the big front porch and would definitely rent here again. Thanks again to Dane and Jen for sharing their lovely beach home.

My late husband and I started renting here a few years before he passed. I rented here and my daughter and a few grandchildren came down. Love the location and the ambiance. Booking fir next year also

Perfect Ocean City Gem
We had a wonderful family vacation at 1105 Central so close to the boardwalk, shops, and eateries. So many aspects of this place are outstanding including the location, the accommodations for cooking and sleeping, the sizable front porch for relaxing in rain or shine and the easy communication and contact with the host.
We would highly recommend this beach house to any small family looking for a great home away from home at the OC beach.

Lovely spot with tons of room
We spent a week here as a family and this place made the stay that much better. Updated look and feel. 2 king beds was a plus. Master bed/bath was nicely done. Porch is huge and great to sit out during day/night. We will be back & highly recommend.

Awesome beach trip
I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was! The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, enough space for the kids to spread out and have their own space. The enclosed front porch was the perfect place for the rainy mornings. Everything was up to date and functioning.
My daughter is already asking when we can go back to "our beach house". Can't wait to book again for next year!

Our family had a great visit at this unit. It was updated with very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and kitchen, and it was clean throughout. The owners were very responsive to make the rental process as easy and quick as possible. We'll be back!
