We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Will definitely rent again!!
When looking for shore houses to rent back in January, we were lucky and fortunate to have stumbled upon this house!! Walking distance to an ice cream shop, sandwich shop, bakery, delicious seafood and only one and a half blocks to the beach, it is in an excellent location! Upon arriving for check in, the house was very clean and incredibly well kept. the property is spacious allowing us to host family for a night, the outdoor shower was great for washing off after a day at the beach and the shed had plenty of room for storage. Finally, the owners were very responsive leading up the visit answering any questions we had. We will DEFINITELY be renting next year!

The Best of Everything
We are yearly beach goers, and I personally have been going to OCNJ for over 25 years, staying in 10+ rentals. This is my favorite stay, by far! This rental has everything: its location can’t beat if you’re looking for a stay in the upper streets, it’s clean, well-appointed and well-cared for. It has great proximity to the beach, ice cream, a park, and several food options - all within walking distance. The home is completely redone and feels much bigger than a normal duplex in OCNJ! Mike is an extremely gracious host and is very timely with communication and information! We will stay again next year, most definitely.

Great house in the South End
This is a very nice condo; we had a great vacation here! The condo is clean, great location, pretty well equipped for cooking, includes 6 beach tags, beach chairs, an easy walk to beach, take-out restaurants (definitely try A Nue!), and parking for two cars! We traveled a distance to join our family for ‘cousin week’ (most of the family lives in suburban Phila) and the one thing I wish was included was laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and linens.
Other than that, this is a great house!

Perfect place in south end
I rented over Memorial Day weekend from Thursday-Monday. I arrived 1 day late due to my own scheduling conflicts and Mike was so gracious to extend my stay until Tuesday. He was very informative with arrival/departure instructions. I normally stay in the north end but enjoyed this change of pace at 54th and Asbury. This property has everything you need and only 1 block from the beach.

Best Vacation… until next year
When I booked this house I had a vacation in my mind and it was exactly like I hoped it to be. Mike and Kate’s home is so nice and clean and accommodating. We were very happy to have this place for a week and we enjoyed all that they did to help us have the best vacation.

Peaceful
Had the most wonderful peaceful week… wonderful owners, super responsive, great location. Been renting for 19 years, will look no more!!! Never been a fan of first floor, changed my mind 100%. This home and Mike and Kate made our stay in OC a memorable one. Can’t wait for next year!!
