Located on a quiet street in the Gardens, this is a perfect rental for a family looking to make memories in OCNJ. Brand new carpet, driveway parking for one car, washer & dryer, two decks, outside shower, and close to the beach! The property is in walking distance to the beach, bay, playground, and downtown shopping area. Coffee shop, Express Pizza, and ice cream parlor are also within walking distance. Morningside beach is a 3-to-5-minute bike ride or 10 minute walk and is less crowded than the rest of the island. North Street Beach has a convenient beach grill for food and drinks.
The house has recently been updated with brand new carpet.
Bedroom 1: Master Queen w/ en suite and back deck
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full on bottom / twin on top) with fold away twin.
All rooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans.
House has two private decks, an outside shower, and shed for all your beach gear.
Full kitchen with 12 cup coffee pot and a Keurig and blender.
Rental includes 4 beach tags.
Please note, we do not rent for senior week, proms, or parties. We are a Family Friendly rental.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
We are a NO Smoking Property.
Sorry, NO Pets allowed.
Pillows and comforters are provided. Renters provide their own sheets and towels.
Saturday - Saturday rental during regular summer months.
Flexible check in and out days during early summer and fall.

Peaceful Stay
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with any issues. The two porches were a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great week at the shore!
This property was the perfect size for our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck at night. The neighbors was very nice and the neighbor was quiet.
Our only negative was that the grill was charcoal instead of gas and air conditioning was units instead of central air. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Great place for vacation
The rental property is a very spacious. The deck has room for a group, the living room is comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. The beach in the Gardens is close by - the beach isn’t crowded, the parking is about $4 by the meter. We will be back next year !

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our weekend trip. Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is clean and well maintained, and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kate is easy to work with and responded to our questions quickly. We enjoyed our coffee on the front deck each morning, and relaxing in the living room space at night. It was an easy drive to the boardwalk, beach and shopping on Asbury Ave. We would absolutely stay again!

This lovely upstairs condo in a quiet section of Ocean City was the perfect place for our family to stay. The unit was very clean and tidy and looked exactly as pictured. Kate was an absolute joy to work with and was very responsive to any questions that I had. We would most definitely stay here again if we go back to Ocean City.

Awesome beach rental!
My family rented this condo for a quick Memorial Day Weekend getaway - and it was perfect. The pictures are deceiving - it's very big and roomy. Kate the landlord was awesome and answered my questions quickly. The location is great and the condo is very welcoming! Coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day on this quiet street. Highly recommend!!!

Womderful stay!
My family and I enjoyed this lovely home during the month of July. All the furnishings were new and clean, Kate was a very responsive host, and the two decks were where we spent most of our time enjoying the summer breeze off of the ocean. I would highly recommend this apartment, and we will hopefully be back!

Great place to stay!
I stayed here for the weekend with family. When I walked into the condo, it felt warm and inviting. The weather was perfect and the large ceiling fan in the living room gave us additional relief when it got a little warmer. The deck in the front of the house was where we had morning coffee and in the afternoon was the location of some serious game playing with the kids. The bedrooms were large and had ample closet space. The private deck in the back of the house was a great place to relax. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus for a house full of kids who seemed to go through clothes pretty quickly.. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would use in your own home as well as extras (trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) It was close to the boardwalk and town. The owner, Kate, was in daily communication with me during the rental process as well as answering any questions I had during my stay. I would definitely rent this house again. The house was the perfect place for a family stay.
